路桥用改性沥青防水卷材的开发与应用研究

【摘要】 桥面防水对桥梁结构的耐久性起着关键作用。鉴于目前仅有材料行业标准而无施工规范这一基本事实,通过对影响桥梁耐久性的病害原因和破坏机理等问题的探讨,同时结合国内外相关领域的最新研究成果,本文提出了水泥混凝土桥梁防水的最佳方式为柔性防水;并对改性沥青防水卷材的开发与应用进行了研究。主要研究内容和结论如下:①通过对桥梁防水和白加黑路面卷材工作机理的分析,提出仅聚酯胎基卷材才能满足工程要求和卷材物理性能指标。②通过对沥青改性机理的分析,提出用星型SBS代替线形SBS,并采用星形SBS和APP共同对沥青进行改性。③在配方中添加具有表面活性功能的塑脂,以改善卷材抗水破坏性,同时采用100#沥青和250#沥青调配成基质沥青。④提出在卷材完全冷却前,采用喷枪加热卷材表面的方法解决卷材表面凹坑等问题。⑤通过工程应用,对防水构造设计、卷材施工、面层摊铺压实等进行分析研究,指出卷材与基层粘结不牢而出现的空鼓是施工过程中最主要的质量缺陷。

【Abstract】 The waterproofing of bridge is the pivotal function to the endurance of bridge construction. Because there is only waterproof material standards, but no waterproof material construction standard and code at now. This article points out the best method of concrete bridge waterproofing is the flexible waterproofing by analyzing the reasons of causing disease and mechanism of damage, combined with the most new research at home and abroad. We research the modified bituminous waterproofing membrane’s production formula and technology as well as its application. The basic content involve:①Only the polyester non-woven modified bituminous waterproofing membranes meet the demands by analyzing the mechanism of bridge waterproofing and asphalt plus concrete road. We also indicate the mechnical index of modified bituminous waterproofing membranes.②We modify asphalt by using star SBS and APP through analyzing asphalt modifying mechanism, not chain SBS.③We use surface artive resin for improving anti-water damage of bituminous waterproofing membranes. The blend of 100# and 250# asphalt is the matrix asphalt.④In order to eliminate the indent of membrane surface,the membrane surface is roasted by fire before the membrane is cooled.⑤We researched the waterproofing structure design, membrane construction as well as asphalt concrete lay by engineering application. The hollowing between membrane and grass-roots is the most basic quality deficiency in membrane engineering application.
