低承载力地基条件下轻型挡土墙结构体系的应用研究

【摘要】 长期以来,我国路基工程广泛采用了石砌和衡重式等重力式挡土墙,随着经济的发展和节能、环保方面的要求,轻型化、机械化、能够预制拼装、节能环保的挡土墙应该是支挡结构发展的方向之一,而轻型支挡结构具有轻型、对地基承载力要求较低、充分利用填料的自重或地层本身的稳定性和较为经济等主要特点,必然会得到更广泛的发展。为了进一步扩大轻型支挡结构的应用范围,本文将主要探讨低承载力地基条件下轻型挡土墙的受力特性,同时也为今后的实际工程提供一定的参考。本文所做的主要工作如下:①归纳总结了轻型挡土墙的土压力计算模型和力学分析模型,通过解析计算的方法对轻型挡土墙的受力特性进行了对比分析。②通过采用ANSYS软件进行了有限元分析,分析了轻型挡土墙的位移、土压力和基底应力分布特点,并与解析计算结果进行了对比分析,探讨了轻型挡土墙独有的优越性。③在不同的工程条件下提出了不同的轻型支挡结构设计方案,并为今后类似工程的修建提出了一些有益的施工建议。本文通过解析计算与数值计算结合的方法,采用对比的形式得出轻型挡土墙在土压力、地基应力和稳定性等方面均较重力式挡土墙有优势,同时更突出了低承载力地基条件下轻型支挡结构的优越性。

【Abstract】 For a long time, gravity retaining walls and scale retaining walls are used widely in subgrade engineering in our country. With the development of economic and the requirement of saving energy and protecting environmental, walls which have the features of lightening, mechanization, being prefabricated and being assembled, saving energy and protecting environmental will be a direction of retaining structures’ development. Light-retaining walls will be developed widely for their main features of lightening, a lower requirement on the bearing capacity of foundation, making use of fillers fully or formation’ stability and being more economical, etc. To expand the applied scopes of the light-retaining structures and provide a reference for practical engineering, this paper will mainly explore the force characteristics of light-retaining walls under the low bearing capacity of foundation.The major works were done in this paper:①The models of calculation and mechanical analysis about light-retaining walls were summarized, and the force characteristics of light-retaining walls were made a comparative analysis by the methord of analytic calculation.②The displacements, the earth pressures and the basal stresses’ distributions of light-retaining walls were analyzed by ANSYS software, and a comparision with analytic calculation was made to explore the advantages of them.③Different designs of light-retaining walls were presented under the different engineering conditions. And some beneficial construction proposals were put forward for the future similar project construction.Comparing with gravity retaining wall, the advantages of light-retaining walls on the aspects of earth pressure, foundation stress and stability could been obtained by the united methord of analytic calculation and FEM. Furtherly, the superiority about light -retaining walls under the conditions of low bearing foundation capacity was highlighted.
