【摘要】 在建设和谐社会的今天,作为生态文明与经济发展新期待的循环经济越来越受到人们的重视。循环经济是一种指向和谐的经济形态,是一种全新的发展理念、增长方式和消费模式,是突破资源环境瓶颈约束,实现经济社会和谐发展的必然要求。本文以循环经济与和谐发展的关系为线索,试图从和谐哲学的角度对循环经济进行思考。在我国,发展循环经济并非是无源之水、无根之木。从中国传统的圆道思维与和谐生物智慧中探求循环经济的思想文化渊源和理论归宿,可以发现循环经济内涵着奥妙无穷的“圆道哲理”。圆道思维是一种以回归和谐、圆润通变、循环往复为特征的思维模式,它勾勒了万物发展的圆形轨迹。而生生不息的和谐生物法则,演绎的是一个生生不息的循环圆道。圆道思维与和谐生物智慧可以抽象为循环经济的文化DNA,从而丰富了循环经济的和谐哲学意蕴,为循环经济的和谐发展提供了理论依据。发展循环经济离不开人的参与,人应该参赞天地的好生之德。初步探讨了循环经济的伦理道德基础。文章在最后阐明了循环经济与和谐发展之间是一种互动共生的关系。循环经济是一种指向和谐的经济形态,而和谐发展又是一种循环再生的发展模式。揭示了两者在本质上的一致性,力求以循环思路,作和谐文章。从而为循环经济的和谐发展提供理论支撑。对循环经济进行和谐思考,使我们认识到:只有修循环化生之道,使其成长为万有存在和谐生物的左右手,才能绘好和谐发展之圆。?更多还原

【Abstract】 To build a harmonious society, people are paying more attention to cyclic economy which is the new expectation of ecological civilization and economic development. Cyclic economy is a harmony-oriented economy type, brand-new development concept, economy growth mode and consumption pattern. It helps to break resource and environment bottleneck and carry out the economic and society harmonious development.This article attempts to analyze the relationship between the cyclic economy and harmonious development from a harmonious philosophical perspective. Cyclic economy has plenty of theoretical basis and cultural sources. It can be traced back to Chinese traditional circulation thought and harmonious creation wisdom. Circulation thought is a round and versatility, return to harmony, spiraling as characteristic mode of thinking, it provides an overview of the circular orbit. Harmonious creation is a never-ending and brilliant circle road. Circulation thought and harmonious creation wisdom constitute the culture DNA of cyclic economy; accordingly they enrich its harmonious philosophy principle. And they are the theoretical basis why cyclic economy develops harmonious. Cyclic economy cannot exist without people,and?discussed the ethical and moral basis of cyclic economy. At the end of the article, author explains clearly that cyclic economy and harmonious development are interactive and symbiotic. They are the same in nature. And consequently, sustain the theory that it is possible recycle economy can be developed harmoniously.
