【摘要】 近年来,随世界经济一体化和区域经济的发展,各个国家和地区都呈现出多元化的发展,产业集聚作为一种特殊的区域创新形式,在经济发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色,而高端产业集聚也逐步成为各界研究的新课题。胶东半岛地区作为山东省的经济发展领先地区,产业基础良好,初步具备了发展高端产业集群的基本条件,而2009年山东省提出建设胶东半岛高端产业聚集区的政策也为半岛高端产业的发展提供了良好的机遇。本文首先对产业集聚以及高端产业集聚理论进行国内外综述,在高技术产业集聚以及相关概念的基础上界定高端产业集聚内涵,并进行相关概念辨析。本文在产业集聚增长机制基础上探讨高端产业集聚增长机制,从其核心要素出发,阐明高端产业集聚增长机制形成的路径,并阐述了高端产业集聚对区域经济发展的作用。文章最后以青岛、烟台、威海三市为主要研究对象,实证分析了胶东半岛高端产业发展的现状,提出了半岛发展高端产业的有利条件和制约因素,并针对胶东半岛发展的现状,结合国内外理论研究,对青岛、烟台、威海三市如何协调发展分别进行了定位和分析,提出了发展胶东半岛高端产业聚集区的措施和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the development of the world economic integration and regional economy, each country and region has emerged as a diversified development, industrial clustering, as a special form of regional innovation, playing an increasingly important role in economic development, The high-end industrial agglomeration has also gradually become a new topic in research circles. As a leading area of economic development in Shandong Province, Shandong Peninsula region has had a good foundation of industry and the initial conditions of the development for high-end industrial clusters, and the policy of gathering Zone high-end industrial for high-end industrial Peninsula development was proposed in 2009 in Shandong Province and it has provided a good opportunity.This first industry cluster of the article, as well as high-end domestic and international overview of the theory of industrial agglomeration in the high-tech industry cluster, as well as related concepts based on the definition of high-end industry gathering content. In this paper, the research on the growth mechanism of high-end industry cluster was based on that of industry cluster, based on its core elements, it clarified the growth mechanism of the path about formation of high-end industry cluster, and describes the influence of the high-end industrial agglomeration on regional economic development.At last, three cities, Qingdao, Yantai and Weihai, were cited as the main object of study, the present situation of the peninsula was proposed by empirical analysis. the favorable conditions and constraints for Peninsula high-end industrial development were prepared to coordinate the development of three cities,, combined with theoretical study at home and abroad, finally, the measures and recommendations were proposed to put forward the development of Shandong Peninsula high-end industrial agglomerations.更多还原
