G104区块分支井技术研究与应用

【摘要】 分支井技术是适应当前油田开发经济需求的的一项重要技术,是在定向井、大斜度井和水平井技术基础上发展起来的一项新的钻采工艺技术。G104-5P42、G104-5P56、G104-5P55井是冀东油田布置在G104区块的三口鱼骨型水平分支井,构造位置在高尚堡油田高浅北区高104-5区块构造较高部位。井眼轨迹能否控制好是钻成该类井的关键之一。由于各井段钻遇的地层不同,面临的问题也不同,现场为控制好井眼轨迹,达到准确中靶的目的,利用多根可调角度的马达,加上转盘的低速旋转,采用定导结合等复合施工方法,基本上按照设计的轨迹施工,实现准确的中靶,准确入窗保证全油层段井眼轨迹距油顶在0.4~1.4m范围内,实现油层钻遇率100%,达到设计目的。分支井钻完井液技术应用研究,做好井眼清洁、润滑及稳定泥浆性能的控制,根据分支井的特点,搞好钻井液的润滑,保持井眼的清洁和稳定是该井成功的安全保证。为实现技术套管安全下入窗口、后期施工保护好套管的目标,在下技术套管前,分别用带单、双扶正器的钻具通井,并在井眼清洁上下功夫,起下钻过程中,调整钻具来保证其位置基本不变。做好井下事故复杂的预防是实现该类井安全钻井的保证。根据此类井的施工特点,在防漏、防卡方面,要做好各种准备。

【Abstract】 Multilateral well technique is an important technique which meets present oilfield developing and economic demands. It is an advanced drilling & production technology developed on directional well technique, high deviated well technique and horizontal well technique. G104-5P42, G104-5P56 and G104-5P55 wells are three fishbone-shaped horizontal multilateral wells and located in the G104 block of Huabei Oilfield which belongs to the higher area of north High 104-5 Block, Gaoshangbao Oilfield.Well trajectory control technique is one of the key technologies of this kind of well. Different stratum situation have different problems, in order to control well trajectory and hit the target, site party take following measures: apply several angle-adjustable drilling motor; make rotary table in low speed; let directional drilling technique cooperate with oriented drilling technique. A good control on well trajectory ensures a correct target hitting, rock object assures that the distance between oil-producing intervals and well trajectory keeps in the range of 0.4~1.4m, finally, 100% drilling rate and design requirements are able to be achieved.In order to successfully complete multilateral well, it is necessary to make research on and apply drilling/completion fluid techniques, such as, make the hole clean and control the lubrication and stability of drilling fluid according to the actual condition of the well.In order to safely run intermediate casing and effectively protect casing during the completing operation, it is necessary to use drilling assembly with single and double centralizers to make a wiper trip and make great efforts to clean the borehole. During the trip, constantly adjust the angle of the drilling assembly, thus ensuring its stable position. Adequate preventive measures against complicated situation and accidents ensure a safe drilling operation, therefore, according to operation features of this kind of well, various preparing work in the respect of lost circulation and pipe sticking should be done.
