大庆油田通信固网智能升级技术

Intelligent Upgrading Technology of Fixed-line Communication in Daqing Oil Field

【摘要】 随着二十一世纪通信技术的迅猛发展以及IP技术和计算机通信技术的提高,人们认识到传统的以电路交换为基础的电信网络将逐步被以IP交换为基础的分组交换网络所取代。大庆油田为了适应日益激烈的通信市场竞争格局,提高服务质量,对原有固网进行智能化升级改造。本文结合大庆油田固网智能化建设的过程,分析了大庆油田固网的现状,调研了现有网络的升级需求,提出了合理的网络升级方案,探讨了以软交换为核心的下一代网络技术在大庆油田的应用。重点论述了从PSTN网络平滑过渡到NGN网络的可行性,详细阐述了如何依托现网资源、整合业务平台,用固网提供适应市场需求的智能化业务,提出了全新的承载网络的建设方案,最后介绍了如何建立全新的用户数据库,通过将用户属性资料全部上移,实现用户的集中管理。

【Abstract】 In the 21st century, with the rapid development of communication technology and the improvement of IP technology and computer communication technology, packet-switching network based on IP switching will be substituted for traditional telecommunication network based on circuit switching step by step.Combining the process of building intelligent fixed network in Daqing Oilfield, this paper analyses the current situation of fixed network, makes an investigation on the upgrading requirement, propose a feasible scheme, discusses the application of the next generation network based on soft-switch in Daqing area, emphatically describes the feasibility of the transition from PSTN to NGN, explains how to take advantage of exiting network resources and integrate service platform to provide intelligent services which meet the market demand with fixed network, proposes a blueprint for the construction of new network, finally introduces the method of building a new database that is able to realize centralized management by configuring server SDC.
