【摘要】 思想政治教育是党的优良传统,是经济工作和其他一切工作的生命线。随着全球化进程的加快和构建和谐社会的不断发展,我国的思想政治教育理论与实践都取得了丰硕的成果。但是,在思想政治教育成绩的背后,也暴露出不少问题,其中一个最突出的问题就是,随着社会大发展大变革大调整,全球化、信息化、多元化成为现代社会的总体特征,人们却出现了“信仰危机、信任危机”,“信仰危机、信任危机”的出现是多因素的,既有整体时代的因素,也有社会发展的因素,当然更有思想政治教育的因素。作为担负意识形态主要任务的思想政治教育面临如此困境,应该寻找什么样的解决路径。从思想政治教育学科来讲,产生这种现象的根本原因在于,思想政治教育仍然囿于传统的认知主义教育模式,以直接的、明确的显性思想政治教育课程为主要手段,缺少受教育者发自内心的对马克思主义理论产生信任、信仰情感;缺少对党和政府政治信任;缺少对思想政治教育工作期待;甚至教育者与受教育者之间也互不信任。这些问题的解决有赖于思想政治教育体系的完善,有待于对马克思主义理论的创新和发展,有待于加强党的建设,有待于思想政治教育理念的更新、手段的创新、内容的调整。由此可见,对思想政治教育“信任关系”的理论研究具有时代性和迫切性。本文首先从现代社会信任、信仰危机出发,对以往的信任理论做一些梳理总结,对思想政治教育的信任现象做一些分析思考,然后着眼于思想政治教育信任机制的论述和分析。遵循由概念到体系,由外入内,由问题到对策的逻辑关系展开分析研究。论文共分为五部分:第一部分:论文绪论。阐述了思想政治教育信任机制研究的目的、意义、研究现状、研究中以解决的问题以及论文的新见解和遇到的难点。第二部分:思想政治教育信任机制的理论依据。主要阐述了围绕“信任”所产生的关于思想政治教育理念更新的理论基础——马克思主义社会存在和社会意识的辩证关系,马克思主义人学理论,马克思主义中国化理论中的信任思想。这些为研究思想政治教育信任机制提供了宏大的视野和深厚的理论依据。然后梳理了信任的相关理论,为思想政治教育信任机制的研究提供直接的理论依据。这些内容对结合思想政治教育学科的理论内容进行思想政治教育信任机制的研究和思考,提供了思维理念、分析工具和逻辑视角。第三部分:思想政治教育信任机制的基本内容。这一本分主要归纳了思想政治教育信任机制的概念、特征、构成、功能和本质,为下一步展开论述思想政治教育信任机制运行和体系提供理论基础。第四部分:思想政治教育信任机制的运行体系。论文依据在思想政治教育实践工作中所出现的“信任”现象进行归纳,总结为思想政治教育信任机制包括理论信任机制、政治信任机制、人格信任机制、工作信任机制四个相互联系相互影响制约的机制运行体系。在每一部分中对相关概念进行了分析界定,对当前每一种机制运行的现状进行了分析,并提出了思想政治教育信任机制建设的对策思考,最后分析了思想政治教育信任机制的运行体系关系。第五部分:结语。对论文进行一下总结,并对思想政治教育信任机制的下一步研究提出初步设想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ideological and political education is the party’s fine traditions,which it is the lifeline of economic work and everything else work . Along with the globalization process ,constructing the harmonious society and tthe theory and the practice of ideological and political education in China has made great achievements. However, in the ideological and political education results, many problems are exposed, one of the most prominent question is, with greater development of social transformation, the big adjustment globalization, information, diversification becomes the general characteristics of modern society, the "belief crisis, trust crisis"of people is come out.The"belief crisis, trust crisis" appearance have more factors, not only whole time social but also al development of the factors,and the ideological and political education are even factors. As the main task for the ideological education of and political dilemmas, Ideological and political education should seek with what kind of solving path. From the ideological and political education subject, this phenomenon is the root cause of the ideological and political education is main the traditional cognition constrained still education modethat with direct socialism, clear the ideological and political education of explicit curriculum as the main means, lack of educatees marxist theory of trust and faith emotion in heart and the lack of party and government and political trust, the ideological and political education work for lack of expectation, Even the educators and the educated is mistrust each other. The solution of these problems on the ideological and political education system which to be of marxist theory of innovation and development, to strengthen the party’s construction, the ideological and political education needs to be updated, the concept of innovation, the content of means. Therefore, the "trust" theoretical study of deological and political education is have times and urgency function. This paper from the modern social trust, belief crisis of confidence, do some theoretical summary to the thought politics, combing the education of trust phenomenon, then analyzes some thinking and discussion on the ideological and political education trust mechanism analysis. Followed from concept to system, from inside and outside, from the logical relationship problems to the countermeasure analysis research. Paper is divided into five parts: the first part: paper introduction: the ideological and political education expounded trust mechanism research purpose, significance, research status and research in order to solve the problem of the new ideas and the difficulties and problems encountered. The second part: the ideological and political education trust mechanism theory basis. Mainly expounds "trust" generated around the ideological and political education concept about the theoretical basis, update marxist social existence and social consciousness of the dialectical relationship between marxist humanistic theory, the theory of marxism and trust. The ideological and political education for the research provides a great trust mechanism of vision and profound theoretical basis. Then the related theory of trust for ideological and political education and research of trust mechanism provides the theoretical basis for directly. The content of the ideological and political education discipline of combining the theory of ideological and political education content of study and trust mechanism, provides thinking principle and analysis tools and logical perspective. Part three: the basic content of ideological and political education trust mechanism. The duty of ideological and political education mainly summarized the concept and characteristics of trust mechanism, structure, function and nature, for the next step of ideological and political education this trust mechanism and system provides theoretical basis. Part four: the operation system of ideological and political education trust mechanism. The ideological and political education in the paper based on the practice of "trust" phenomenon, summarized the ideological and political education, to trust mechanism includes theory trust mechanism, political trust mechanism, personality, trust mechanism of trust mechanism of four interconnected mutual influence of restricting mechanism operation system. In every part of related concepts are analyzed, and the definition of each kind of mechanism is analyzed, the ideological and political education and puts forward some countermeasures for the construction of the trust mechanism, and finally analyses the thinking of ideological and political education trust mechanism operation system.
