【摘要】 美国妇女的就业状况和社会地位并不是一成不变的,自从20世纪初妇女不断走出家门,出外就业以来,美国妇女的就业状况和社会地位就因美国每一个历史时期社会政治、经济的变化而发生着这样那样的变化。尤其是二战以后,由于各种有利的社会政治经济因素的促进,美国妇女的就业状况发生了显著变化。本文主要从不同年龄、不同种族、不同教育水平和不同阶层四个方面,揭示战后美国妇女就业状况的变化。妇女经济的独立不可避免的对妇女的经济地位,政治地位,教育地位和婚姻家庭地位产生了重大的影响。虽然美国妇女在社会公平和就业平等上,依然存在着某些问题,有待解决,但是战后妇女就业状况和社会地位的改善使美国妇女的社会地位向前迈进了一大步。更多还原

【Abstract】 The women’s employment situation and social status are not immutable in the United States. The women continue to leave their homes and work outside since the early 20th century.Their employment situation and social status changed in every historical period. In particular, due to the socio-economic and political factors after World War II, the employment situation of women in the United States had a dramatic change, which will be briefly discussed and analyzed from four areas, such as different ages, different races, different levels of education, different class. The women’s economic independence has a significant impact on women’s economic status, political status, educational status and family status. Although there are still some problems to solve in social justice and equality in employment, the American women have made a great progress in the social status.更多还原
