【摘要】 正确处理人民内部矛盾是社会主义国家政治生活的主题,人民内部矛盾处理的好坏,直接关系到社会的稳定,改革的成败,关系到建设中国特色社会主义事业的成败。历史也已经证明,什么时候我们处理好人民内部矛盾,我们的社会就能保持稳定和发展;什么时候处理不好,社会就会遇到困难和挫折。在当前社会转型时期,社会资源重新分配、利益关系重新调整,人民内部矛盾也发生了深刻的变动,能否妥善解决当前人民内部矛盾是摆在中国共产党面前的一个重大历史课题。毛泽东人民内部矛盾学说是在中国开始进入社会主义社会,中国共产党领导全国各族人民开始进行全面社会主义建设,中国社会矛盾的状况和性质发生根本变化,同时国际共产主义运动出现很大的思想混乱的情况下,毛泽东同志提出了正确处理人民内部矛盾的学说。毛泽东人民内部矛盾学说不是凭空产生的,马克思主义经典作家关于社会主义社会矛盾的思想、中国传统文化中关于矛盾的思想以及毛泽东在探索中国革命道路历程中形成的关于矛盾的思考等等。这些成为了毛泽东人民内部矛盾学说的理论来源。毛泽东人民内部矛盾学说的形成经历了从两类不同矛盾思想的提出、初步提出正确处理两类矛盾的方法、人民内部矛盾学说的形成三个阶段,这一学说最大的理论贡献是创立了社会主义社会矛盾学说并系统分析了两类不同性质的社会矛盾,明确提出要把正确处理人民内部矛盾作为国家政治生活的主题。毛泽东的人民内部矛盾学说无疑是对历史唯物主义和科学社会主义理论的创造性贡献,至今仍闪耀着真理的光辉。但由于当时严峻的国内外形势和中国共产党缺少领导社会主义建设的经验等因素的影响,人民内部矛盾学说存在着一定的历史局限性。当前,我国社会进入新的社会转型期和矛盾凸显期,社会各种矛盾尖锐,一件小事就可能导致社会矛盾的集中爆发。这样的案例有很多。因此,能否正确认识和处理人民内部矛盾对构建社会主义和谐社会具有决定性意义。在这样的背景下,坚持以毛泽东正确处理人民内部矛盾学说为指导,对于防止矛盾激化,实现构建社会主义和谐社会战略目标具有重大的理论意义和实践价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Handling contradictions among the people correctly is the theme of the political life of the socialist countries. Contradictions among the people dealing with the good and bad is directly related to the success or failure of the reform, social stability, and also related to the success or failure of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. History has proven that when we handle the contradictions among the people successfully, our society will be able to maintain stability and development; on the anther hand ,when handled properly, the society will encounter difficulties and setbacks. In the current period of social transformation, social resources is redistribut , realignment of interests, contradictions among the people has been changed deeply , Whether resolve the contradictions among the people properly is the major issues of Communist Party of China .Contradictions among the people in the study of Mao Zedong theory of the historical background, ideological problems affecting a number of major events such as Mao Zedong’s second largest Soviet Union, Poland and Hungary, China’s new situation and new problems for objective analysis.
