【摘要】 随着全球经济一体化和区域经济一体化进程的加快及中国改革开放以来经济的迅速发展,全球物流特别是中国物流业的发展正进入一个重大的战略机遇期。中国物流的发展正呈现出物流基础设施建设加速、物流需求快速上升、市场容量不断扩大、第三方物流快速成长的趋势,整个物流产业正朝着信息化、专业化的方向发展。同时,区域物流是区域经济的重要组成部分,区域物流的存在和发展是以区域经济的存在和发展为前提的,区域经济的发展水平制约和影响着区域物流的发展水平。区域物流与区域经济发展的水平、规模密切相关。区域经济一体化能使区域内和区域间的物流趋向合理,适应产业结构的合理布局,从而降低物流成本,促进区域物流发展。反之,区域经济的发展也离不开区域物流的发展,区域物流为区域经济的发展提供支撑与保障,区域物流的发展将带动和促进区域经济的进一步发展。因此,区域物流的发展已成为改善区域投资环境和产业发展环境、扩大区域影响范围、提升区域竞争力的关键。因此,评价区域物流的发展水平显得尤为重要。本文分析美国、日本等发达国家的物流发展历程和特点。对国内区域物流的发展有借鉴作用。同时,对长江三角洲区域、珠江三角洲区域和京津冀经济圈区域物流发展现状和问题进行分析,其中长三角、珠三角区域物流优势明显,对京津冀又有借鉴作用。并在分析影响区域物流发展的因素的基础上,以京津冀地区为例,建立区域物流评价指标体系。运用SPSS对区域物流竞争力进行主成分分析。构建评价指标体系时,运用了4个一级指标和17个二级指标。研究结果表明,这种方法合理可行,并且这种方法对其他区域物流的发展研究也具有一定的指导意义。更多还原

It references the domestic regional logistics development. At the same time, it analyzes the regional logistics problem of Changjiang Delta area, Zhujiang Delta area and tianjin Beijing hebei area. And based on the analysis of the factors affecting the development of regional logistics, take jingjinji as an example, evaluate index system of regional logistics. The article uses SPSS to analysis the principal of the regional logistics’competitiveness. Construction of evaluation index system, it uses four-level indicators and 17 secondary indicators.
