基于微透镜的导光板设计与制作

Design and Fabrication of Light Guide Plate Based on Microlens

【摘要】 本文基于液晶显示背光模组超薄、节能的发展趋势,聚焦于核心组件之一的导光板,结合传输散射理论及微透镜的制作工艺,研究了基于微透镜导光板的设计方法,通过Light Tools辅助设计,建立了微透镜结构的LED 3英寸导光板模型,并利用光线追迹方法,获得了微透镜的最优排布参数和照度均匀度高达87.50%的导光板模型。在此理论基础上,利用微纳米压印和UV压印工艺,制作了上述导光板的样品,9点测试的结果表明,这种导光板样品的亮度均匀度为73.9%,在一定程度上验证了这一设计方法的合理性。

【Abstract】 Based on the trend of energy-saving and thinner of Back Light Unit this paper focus on Light Guide Plate, one of the core devices, combine with the transmission-scattering theory and the technics of microlens ,the design of light guide plate is researched. By assistant design of Light Tools, the model of 3 inches light guide plate based on the arrays of microlens and LEDs is set up, the most optimized parameters is obtained and the optimized model with the illuminance uniformity as high as 87.50% is achieved with the method of ray-tracing. Based on these theories the sample of the light guide plate is made with the technics of Nanoimprint and Ultra Violet-Nanoimprint Lithography. The result of 9 points test shows that the luminance uniformity of this light guide plate sample reaches 73.9%, testifies the rationality of the design to a certain extent.
