清扫机盘刷清扫性能试验研究与运动仿真

【摘要】 本文以饲料厂清扫机清扫装置的主要工作部件盘刷为研究对象,通过对国内外清扫机应用和研究现状以及影响清扫机盘刷接地点速度的分析,确定了影响清扫效率和清扫能力两个性能指标的因素主要有:清扫速度、盘刷转速和清扫时的物料量。并以这三个因素为试验研究的考察因素,采用单因素试验和正交试验进行研究,探寻这三个因素对清扫效率和清扫能力的影响规律。通过对单因素试验数据的分析处理,找出影响清扫效率和清扫能力的主要因素以及影响规律;通过对正交试验的数据进行极差分析,找到了影响清扫效率的因素的主次顺序;通过对正交试验的数据进行方差分析,找到了影响清扫效率的各因素的显著水平。通过对清扫装置的结构分析,运用Autodesk Inventor三维建模软件进行主要构件的三维建模、装配及干涉检查,并对盘刷装置的升降运动和盘刷的清扫运动进行了运动学仿真,并通过驱动条件的设定,进行不同清扫速度和不同盘刷转速条件下盘刷束的运动轨迹的仿真分析,仿真的结果基本验证了试验的结果。

【Abstract】 The study object of this paper is plate brush which is the main component of feed mill sweeper. This paper identifies the main factors to affect the cleaning efficiency and cleaning performance: sweeping speed, plate brush speed, and the materials quantity through analyzing the domestic and abroad cleaning machine’s application and the present status and the influence of sweeping machine plate brush access locations speed. Then study and explore the factors’influence law to cleaning efficiency and cleaning ability by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The main factors and influence law which affect the cleaning efficiency and cleaning ability are found through analyzing and processing the single factor experiment data. The primary and secondary order of the factors affecting cleaning efficiency is found through the range analysis of orthogonal experiment data. And the significant level of the various factors affecting cleaning efficiency is found through the variance analysis of orthogonal experiment data.According to the analysis of cleaning device structure, the main components’three-dimensional models, assembly, and interference checking are achieved by Autodesk Inventor. And Simulate the plate brush device’s lifting and cleaning movement. Finally, simulate the plate brush beam’s trajectory at different cleaning speeds and different plate brush speed by setting the drive conditions. The simulation results basically verify the experiment results.
