柠条纤维、线性低密度聚乙烯增强纸塑复合板材的工艺研究

【摘要】 纸塑复合材料以其优异性能,广泛应用于食品的包装,这促进了经济发展和人民生活水平的提高。与此同时,复合包装废弃物的数量也与日俱增,对环境造成严重污染。本文以利用废旧纸塑包装为目的,研究内容如下:1.以废旧纸塑包装材料和柠条纤维为主要原料,通过热压—冷压工艺制造柠条/纸塑复合板材。论文采用正交试验方法,研究了柠条纤维用量、偶联剂用量、热压时间、热压温度等工艺参数对复合板材物理力学性能的影响。最终得出较理想的工艺参数为:密度1.0 g/cm~3,柠条纤维质量分数20%,偶联剂用量3.5%,热压时间420s,热压温度170℃。2.以废旧纸塑包装材料和线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)为主要原料,通过热压—冷压工艺制造LLDPE/纸塑复合板材。采用正交试验方法,研究了LLDPE占纸塑复合板材的质量分数、板材密度、热压时间及热压温度四个工艺参数对复合板材物理力学性能的影响。最终得出较理想的工艺参数为:LLDPE质量分数为30%,密度0.9 g/cm~3,热压时间500s,热压温度180℃。3.研究LLDPE质量分数和热压温度对LLDPE/纸塑复合板材力学性能的影响。研究结果表明LLDPE质量分数、热压温度及二者的交互作用对LLDPE/纸塑复合板材的弹性模量、静曲强度、内结合强度和24h吸水厚度膨胀率影响显著。4.利用理想工艺参数压制的LLDPE/纸塑复合板与刨花板的性能比较,复合板材的力学性能除弹性模量外,满足在干燥状态下使用的家具和室内装饰用板的使用标准;24小时吸水厚度膨胀率优于在潮湿状态下使用的结构用板要求;内结合强度也高于在潮湿状态下使用的结构用板的要求。对LLDPE/纸塑复合板进行湿循环试验,结果表明板材具有一定的耐久性。

【Abstract】 Paper-plastic composite materials with excellent properties, was widely used in food packaging, which promoted economic development and people’s living standards. At the same time, the number of composite packaging waste is also increasing, causing serious pollution to the environment. In this paper, waste paper and plastic packaging used for the purpose of study as follows:1. In this thesis, recycled paper-plastic packaging and caragana intermedia fiber were used as the main material to make the composite boards, by hot-cold pressing process. The paper researched on process parameters such as the amount of caragana intermedia fiber, the amount of coupling agent, the hot-pressing temperature and hot-pressing time, which impact on the physical and mechanical properties of composite boards by using the orthogonal test method. The ideal conditions of the processing technology is that the densities of 1.0 g/cm~3 by weight, the mass fraction of caragana intermedia fiber by 20%, the amount of coupling agent of 3.5 percent, pressing time of 420s, and the pressing temperature of 170℃.2. In this thesis, recycled paper-plastic packaging and Linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) were used as the main materials to make the composite boards, by hot-cold pressing process. As the process parameters impact on the physical and mechanical properties of composite boards, the mass fraction of LLDPE, boards densities, the hot-pressing temperature and time were studied employed the orthogonal test method. According to results, the ideal conditions of the processing technology is the mass fraction of LLDPE by 30%, the densities of 0.9 g/cm~3 by weight, the pressing time by 500s, and the pressing temperature by 180℃.3. Study on LLDPE content and the pressing temperature on the LLDPE / paper and plastic mechanical properties of composite plate. The results show that the LLDPE mass fraction, hot temperature and their interaction on LLDPE / paper-plastic composite plate of elastic modulus, bending strength, internal bond strength and thickness swelling 24h significantly affected.4. Using the ideal parameters to suppress the LLDPE / paper and plastic compound board compared with the performance of particle board, composite board In addition to mechanical properties of elastic modulus, the meet in the dry state using the furniture and interior decorative panel using the standard; 24-hour absorption thickness expansion rate than in the wet state board requirements with the use of the structure; internal bond strength is also higher than in the wet state of the structure using the request with the board. By the LLDPE / paper and plastic composite plate wet cycle test, the results show that the board has some certain durability.
