国际商务文秘英语能力研究

【摘要】 随着改革开放,我国的“入世”及商务活动的全球化,国际商务文秘的英语应用能力越来越得到国际商务企业的重视。本文以专门用途英语理论、秘书学理论、语言能力理论、跨文化交际能力理论、语言量表理论为基础,依据需求分析理论,采用社会调查的方式,从社会需求的角度对国际商务文秘能力及英语能力进行了问卷调查及需求分析。并从理论与实证相结合的角度,提出了一个新的概念——基于国际商务文秘岗位的跨文化文秘沟通能力。本文研究的跨文化文秘沟通能力是以英语语言为基础的,实际上就是国际商务文秘英语能力。此外,本文还阐释了国际商务文秘能力的构成,构建了跨文化文秘沟通能力体系并对各个能力进行了详细地描述。更多还原

【Abstract】 With reform and opening up, our resumption of membership with the WTO, and the globalization of business activities, the English competence of international business secretaries is more and more important for international businesses.This thesis undertakes a social questionnaire survey and needs analysis of the international business secretarial competence and relevant English proficiency from the perspectives of social needs on the basis of needs analysis theory integrating the theories and principles of English for specific purposes, secretarial studies,language competence, intercultural competence, scales of linguistic competence, etc.From an integrated theoretical and empirical approach, the thesis puts forward a new concept, i.e. intercultural secretarial communicative competence on the basis of international business secretarial job requirements.This thesis undertakes the study of intercultural secretarial communicative competence on the basis of linguistic competence of English, which is by and large the English secretarial competence for the international business secretaries.Moreover, this thesis also elaborates upon the composition of international business secretarial competence and comes up with a framework of the intercultural secretarial communicative competence and a detailed description of the sub-competencies involved.更多还原
