我国图书馆职业资格认证制度研究

【摘要】 关于我国图书馆职业资格认证制度的讨论已有多年历史,至今,业界仍对一些问题的看法存在分歧,因此文章首先对图书馆职业资格认证制度的相关概念进行界定,并分析了当前我国图书馆行业存在的一些弊端,进而文章从国外建立与实施图书馆职业资格认证制度的经验和做法入手,阐述了我国建立并实施图书馆职业资格认证制度的可行性和必要性,论述了我国实行图书馆职业资格准入制度的现实意义,并构建了一套可行的图书馆职业资格认证制度的方案,重点从人事代理制度、继续教育及岗位晋升等方面进行论述,分析当前环境下,我国建立并实施图书馆职业资格认证制度会面临诸多困难,和一些现实制约因素,并提出了为保证我国的图书馆职业资格认证制度早日建立,并顺利实施,应采取一系列的保障措施。主要从加快图书馆法立法进程,加强图情学高等教育等方面着手。更多还原

【Abstract】 Discussions on library professional qualification authentication have lasted for a long time. Therefore, starting with the experience of establishing library professional qualifications authentication system in foreign countries, this paper analyses the feasibility and the necessity of the university library professional qualifications admittance system. And expounds the practical significance for our country to establish and carry on this system and puts forward the main content and several problems to be solved during establishing and carrying on this system in our country. This article designs a feasible scheme of library professional qualification authentication system and its realizing way. It contains continued education、personnel agency system and post promotion.The article points out that this scheme is advantageous to realizing the scientific management of library human resources.更多还原
