高校数字评估管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着高校规模的迅速扩大和教育体制的不断改革,教学评估工作量大大增加,其复杂性也越来越大。由于评估时间有限,如何在较短的时间内使评估专家组对被评估学校有一个全面的了解和认识,并就此认识拿出准确、权威的评估结果；被评估学校面对繁重的评估工作,如何优化资源,利用自身资源高效率低能耗地做好迎评促建工作已成为目前各大高校亟待解决的问题。本文从黑龙江大学迎接教育部专家评估的实际需求出发,分析了当前网络环境下建立高校数字评估管理系统的特征需求、支撑技术、功能组成,从而提出了完整的高校数字评估管理系统的体系结构,并开发了一个适用于任何高校迎接评估工作的高校数字评估管理系统。该平台基于Web技术实现,能够实现网络环境下的各部门协同完成迎评促建工作。目前该系统已经在黑龙江大学迎接2008年本科教学水平评估中投入使用,实现了全校各部门、各院系协同完成迎评促建工作的目标,并取得了良好的应用效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid expansion of college and university scales as well as the constant reform of the educational system, the workload and complexity of education evaluation has increased. Owing to the limited evaluation time, how to make the group of experts have a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the assessed colleges and universities in a relatively short period of time, and obtain an accurate and authoritative assessment results; besides, face to the heavy evaluation work, how to optimize resources and work with high efficiency and low energy consumption through utilizing their own resources. These have become the major problems for the colleges and universities to solve.According to the actual requirements of meeting evaluation experts from the Ministry of Education in Heilongjiang University, the thesis analyzes the characteristics requirements, supporting technologies and function components of establishing digital evaluation management system based on the current network environment. Thus, a complete system structure has been proposed and a digital evaluation management system which can be applied to any colleges and universities to meet evaluation work has been developed as well. The platform, based on web technology, could accomplish the evaluation work through the coordination of various departments.At present, the system has already been put into use and obtained a good application effect in meeting the 2008 undergraduate education evaluation of Heilongjiang University.
