从鸥浦乡俄罗斯民族村变迁看中（苏）俄关系的演变

【摘要】 边境无小事,事事连国际。大至边境冲突和犯罪者的引渡,小至越境打渔、牛马猪狗误入他界,都是会晤谈判的话题。因此,我们选择沿黑龙江中俄后裔比例最高的呼玛县鸥浦乡、鸥浦乡俄罗斯民族村怀柔站村、李花站村作为研究对象,通过对鸥浦乡的历史变迁及俄侨、中俄后裔的生存状态等区域的、个案的、具体事件的研究,表达出对中(苏)俄关系史整体的理解。努力把社会学调查和文献分析,国家政策研究与基层社会研究有机地结合起来,梳理了基层社会在国际关系演变下的历史发展脉络,从民间视角来重新解读20世纪以来中(苏)俄关系史的演变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Everything happens in border is very important even about the international.
