基于线阵CCD的车轮表面荧光磁粉探伤系统的研究

【摘要】 为了使车轮表面的缺陷检测满足自动化和智能化的要求,论文在传统荧光磁粉探伤技术的基础上,结合CCD技术和计算机图像处理技术,开发了基于线阵CCD的车轮表面荧光磁粉探伤系统。论文的具体研究工作如下:1)介绍了CCD图像传感器的工作原理、性能特点。结合荧光磁粉发射光谱的特性和系统技术要求,完成了线阵CCD相机的选型,选择了检测级、高像素和高灵敏度的线阵CCD摄像机,满足了系统的高精度等要求。2)针对传统荧光磁粉探伤中的检测现场环境恶劣问题,结合荧光磁粉激发光谱及系统的需求对紫外光源进行了优化设计。选择设计了新型的、大功率的LED紫外面板光源,并辅以滤光玻璃,使有害紫外线及无用可见光都很好的被消除。不但改善了检测现场的环境,而且满足了系统的要求。3)为了消除车轮表面图像中的伪缺陷、噪声和其他干扰信息的影响,对车轮表面缺陷的特征和图像处理算法进行了分析研究,设计开发了一套合适的缺陷检测软件,达到了实时图像处理的要求。4)对系统的检测原理、系统构成和工作原理做了较为详细的介绍,完成了系统的架构。该系统操作方便、能够适应检测现场环境,配合图像处理软件就可以实现对车轮表面缺陷的在线实时检测。基于线阵CCD的车轮表面荧光磁粉探伤系统是新一代智能自动的工业在线缺陷检测系统,该系统完善了以人工目检获取缺陷信息的传统半自动荧光磁粉探伤方法中的工作环境恶劣及容易造成漏检等不足。该项技术的开发研究,为其他铁磁性材料表面的智能自动缺陷检测提供了经验和借鉴。

【Abstract】 In order to meet special requirements of automation and intelligent in flaw detection for wheel band surface, supported by the traditional phosphor magnet powder flaw detection methods, take advantage of the CCD technology and the image processing technology, we design a set of the fluorescent magnetic particle detection system for wheel band surface based on linear CCD. Research work is described as follows in detail in this paper:1. The working principle of CCD image sensor is described in detail. According to emission spectrum of the phosphor magnet powder and requirements of the fluorescent magnetic particle detection system, a high sensitivity and high-level linear CCD camera is adopted to meet the systems.2. In view of bad on-site working conditions and excited spectrum of the phosphor magnet powder, the light source system is optimally designed. A UV-LED light source is adopted to obtain the high intensity and uniform illumination. In order to filter effectively harmful ultraviolet ray and useless visible light, we add a glass filter in front of the ultraviolet source. The new light source not only improved the on-site working conditions, but also meet the requirements of the phosphor magnet powder flaw detection systems.3. In order to eliminate the influence of the interference information in the image, such as the pseudo-defect water marks, knife marks and so on, a good set of image processing software is designed through analyzing the flaw characteristics and image processing algorithms.4. The detection principle and structure of the fluorescent magnetic particle detection system for wheel band surface based on linear CCD have been introduced in detail in this paper. The system is easy to operate and can be achieved online real-time detection for the wheel band surface flaw based on suitable image processing software.The wheel band surface fluorescent magnetic particle detection system for wheel band surface based on linear CCD is a new generation of automation and online flaw detection system. The system perfect the deficiency of traditional phosphor magnet powder flaw detection methods, such as bad on-site working conditions, easily leading to missed detection and so on, which provides experience and reference for the flaw detection of other ferromagnetic material surface.
