【摘要】 秦职官是秦政治制度中的重要内容,汉代以来,历代学者都对此做过研究,但由于资料的限制,不少问题的研究无法深入。近些年,大量秦文献的出土使秦职官研究受到学术界的特别关注,论文、专著层出不穷,成果显著。由于不断有出土资料的公布,这一领域还有很大的研究空间。本文立足于秦出土文献资料,并结合传世文献,对秦职官展开讨论。文章分为五大部分：正文四章,附录表一个：第一章概述对秦职官的研究状况,介绍秦出土文献资料；第二章对秦职官的源流进行分析；第三章探讨秦职官与行政区划的相互关系；第四章全面辑录秦职官名；附录以表格的形式简单介绍秦职官的构成,共分三个小部分,即中央职官、地方职官、经济军事方面的直辖职官。第三章与第四章是体现作者观点的主要章节,希望能为目前的秦职官研究作一点力所能及的工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Official Qin Qin is an important part of the political system, since the Han Dynasty, ancient scholars have done research, but because of data limitations, many problems can not be in-depth research. In recent years, a large number of Qin Qin Official documentation of the excavation so that special attention by the academia,research papers, monographs endless accomplishments. Since there have been unearthed information public, there is still much research in this area of space.YU Qin unearthed documents based on this information, combined with historical texts, discussion of the Qin Dynasty Official. Article is divided into five parts:the body of four chapters, Appendix Table 1:Chapter One study on the status of Official Qin, Qin introduced unearthed documentation; second chapter analyzes the origins of the Qin Officials; Official Chapter of Qin and the relationship between administrative divisions; Chapter fully compiled Qin Official Name; appendix in the form of a brief tabular Official Qin composition, consists of three small part of the Central Officials, Local Officials, economic and military aspects of the Territory Official.
