论以人为本的大学生思想政治教育体系的构建

【摘要】 2004年10月,党中央、国务院发布了《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》。2005年初,胡锦涛同志在全国加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作会议上发表重要讲话。《意见》和“讲话”紧紧把握科学发展观的核心,高扬以人为本的思想政治教育新理念,明确地把以人为本提升为加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的中心思想。都强调,加强和改进大学生思想政治教育,要以大学生全面发展为目标,要坚持以人为本、育人为本,要充分调动大学生的积极性和主动性,引导他们自我教育、自我管理、自我服务,既要教育人、引导人,也要关心人、帮助人。这些新见解,从新的战略高度,更明确地重申了促进人的全面发展是思想政治教育的根本目标,更鲜明地提出了思想政治教育中尊重学生主体性的要求,也更具体地阐述了大学生思想政治教育如何落实以人为本思想的途径和方法。以人为本的思想政治教育理念,既是对中国共产党长期倡导的尊重人、理解人、服务人、武装人、发展人的思想政治教育优良传统的继承和弘扬,也是对现时代思想政治教育的理论创新。这些理论创新,对于推动以人为本的大学生思想政治教育体系的构建,必将起到重要的先导作用。论文的内容主要由三个部分组成:第一章,“以人为本”的大学生思想政治教育的科学内涵。首先,“以人为本”的科学内涵。人是社会历史发展的主体;人是一切工作的出发点,是社会历史发展的根据和动力;人是人类实践活动及社会发展的终极目的和归宿。其次,以人为本的大学生思想政治教育的内涵。以人为本的大学生思想政治教育就是指在对大学生进行思想政治教育的过程中,要始终把学生放在核心位置,坚持以学生为主体,充分发挥他们的主体性;要尊重和满足学生多样化的需求,调动他们的积极性;要以促进大学生全面协调发展为目标。第二章,以人为本的大学生思想政治教育在现实中的缺失。首先,思想政治教育目标的设定过于模式化和理想化;其次,思想政治教育内容缺乏针对性和时代性;再次,思想政治教育方法简单化,过于强调单向灌输。第三章,以人为本的大学生思想政治教育体系的构建。首先,坚持以人为本来设计思想政治教育的内容;其次,创新以人为本的思想政治教育方法;再次,营造以人为本的思想政治教育环境。“以人为本”理念的提出,既是对传统思想政治教育理念反思的结果,也代表了科学发展观视野下思想政治教育改革的方向。本文选取这一课题进行研究,充分凸显其时代意义和现实性,也使本文具有较强的应用价值。

【Abstract】 October 2004, CPC central committee and State Department have released the On the view of further strengthening and improving Ideological and Political Education. Early 2005, Comrade Hu Jintao had delivered an important speech on the National Work Conference about how to strengthen and improve ideological and political education. The View and speech grasp the core of the Scientific Outlook on Development tightly, who advocate the new Ideological and Political Education idea of human-oriented, Explicitly promote the people-oriented as the central idea to strengthen and improve ideological and political education.Strengthen and improve ideological and political education must be all-round comprehensive development of college students,adhere to people-oriented, fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of college students for what will help them Self-education, self-management, self-service, not only to educate, guide, but also caring for people, help people. These new insights more clearly reaffirmed the fundamental goal is to promote the comprehensive development of the ideological and political education from the new strategic. It also presented more clearly respect for the students to the main body of the requirements in ideological and political education.And more specific statement the ways and means in how to implement people-oriented by the ideological and political education.The Conception of People-oriented Education is a long-term advocate to carry forward the fine traditions such as respect, understanding, and serve the people, armed people, the development of human by the Chinese Communist Party, which is also an theoretical innovation of today’s ideological and political education. The innovations will play an important leading role in promote people-centered Ideological Education System. Paper mainly consists of three parts:ChapterⅠ, the scientific content of "People-oriented" ideological and political education. First of all, the scientific content of People-oriented. People are the subject of social and historical development, the starting point of all work, the basis and driving force of social and historical development, the ultimate goal and destination of human activities and social development. Second, the content of people-oriented ideological and political education. People-oriented ideological and political education means we should always put the students at the core, adhere to Student-oriented, and play their full subjectivity in the course of College Students’ ideological and political education. Besides these, we also should respect and meet the diverse needs of students to bring their enthusiasm for the goal of promoting comprehensive, coordinated development of students.Chapter II, the reality absence in people-oriented ideological and political education. First, the goals set of ideological and political education are too modeling and idealization. Second, the content of the ideological and political education are lack of targeted and the times. Again, simplified method of ideological and political education, too much emphasis on one-way instill.Chapter III, Construction the people-oriented ideological and political education System. First, adhere to the People-oriented designing the content of ideological and political education. Secondly, innovative the methods of people-oriented ideological and political education. Third, create a people-oriented ideological and political educational environment.Put forward the concept of "people-oriented" which is not only the reason of reflection on the traditional concept of ideological and political education, but also represent the reform direction of ideological and political education in the view of Scientific Outlook on Development. Select the subject of this article fully shows the reality and meaning of the times, and also makes this article has a strong value.
