配合物的合成、结构及性质研究

【摘要】 配位化合物的研究工作一直以来都得到众多化学工作者广泛关注,其中腙类配体的金属有机配合物和多孔的金属有机配合物材料在生物、催化、医药等方面应用的研究发展更是引起了人们极大兴趣。脱氧核糖核酸即DNA,是染色体的主要化学成分。它是一种极其重要的生物大分子,可组成遗传指令,以引导生物发育与生命机能运作,在生命体整个的生命活动中起着非常重要的作用。DNA的结构直接影响着它的功能,腙类配体的金属配位化合物可以与DNA发生作用,改变DNA部分结构和构象,从而可以阻止许多金属离子催化的有害酶反应,可用在某些疾病的预防和治疗上面,因此腙类配体的金属配位化合物与DNA的键合也得到了人们的广泛关注。第一部分综述了多孔的金属有机化合物和腙类配体的金属配合物研究的历史及近期发展,阐明了它们的研究意义。第二部分按一些相关文献方法合成了2,3-丁二酮二腙(以L代替),以其为配体成功培养了MnL3-(ClO4)2的单晶,并用红外和单晶X-射线衍射等方法对它进行了表征,同时用紫外吸收光谱法研究了其与DNA的相互作用,为制取和研发相关医药开辟了新的路径。第三部分以水热法合成了配合物phen2Co-2N3,并用红外和单晶X-射线衍射等方法对它进行了表征,着重分析了它的晶体结构。第四部分则是按已知方法水热合成Cu3(BTC)2·3H2O,对其进行了表征,并对其催化性质进行了初步研究,主要包括以下两个方面:1.催化降解甲基橙, 2.催化苯酚使其羟基化, 3.催化苯使其羟基化。其中, 1采用的是紫外光谱研究, 2和3采用的是高效液相色谱法研究。

【Abstract】 The study of coordination compounds have been received extensive attention of many chemists, especially the development of hydrazone ligand of metal organic complexes and porous structure of the metal organic framework materials’application in biology, catalysis, medicaments, etc.DNA is the main chemical components of chromosomes. It is an extremely important biological macromolecules, in the biological activities of the whole life plays an important role such as to form the genetic instructions, to guide the operation of biological development, etc. DNA’s structure affects its function directly, hydrazone ligand of metal complexes can interact with DNA which can changes some structure and conformation of DNA, which can prevent lots of the harmful metal ion catalyzed enzyme reactions. The hydrazone ligand and metal coordination compounds with the DNA of the bond has also been widespread concern because of which can be used in the prevention and treatment of certain diseases.The first part reviews the history and recent developments of porous metal-organic framework materials and hydrazone ligand of metal complexes, and clarify the significance of their research.The second part synthesized diacetyl dihydrazone(replaced by L) according to some relevant literature, unit crystals of MnL3-(C104)2 has been raised successfully, also IR spectra, UV and single-crystal X-ray were used to characterize this complexe, and also studied it’s interaction with DNA by UV absorption.The third part raised unit crystal of phen2Co-2N3 by hydrothermal method, IR spectra, Elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray were used to characterize this complex and analyzed it’s crystal structure.The fourth part synthesized Cu3(BTC)2·3H2O by hydrothermal method, and studied the catalytic properties of the complex Cu3(BTC)2·3H2O, this work included two aspects:1.we researched the catalyzed performance in the degradation of methyl orange by UV spectra; 2.we researched the catalyzed performance in the oxidation of phenol by high Performance Liquid Chromatography; 3. we researched the catalyzed performance in the oxidation of benzene by high Performance Liquid Chromatography.
