化瘀解毒益气法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生的临床研究

【摘要】 [目的]观察化瘀解毒益气法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生的临床疗效。[方法]将80例患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组30例。治疗组服用化瘀解毒益气汤剂,对照组服用胃复春。3个月为1个疗程,两组治疗均为2个疗程。观察治疗前后患者临床症状(胃脘疼痛、痞满、嗳气、泛酸等)和胃镜、病理组织学检查变化情况。[结果]经Ridit分析,治疗组临床证候疗效、胃镜疗效及病理疗效均较对照组为优(P＜0.05)。两组临床症候疗效比较,对照组痊愈4例,显效8例,有效8例,无效10例,总有效率66.67%；治疗组痊愈13例,显效23例,有效10例,无效4例,总有效率92.00%。经Ridit分析,对照组R1=0.6163,治疗组R2=0.4302。两组Ridit值的检验结果,t=3.058,P=0.003,＜0.01,两组治疗效果差异显著,说明治疗组治疗优于对照组治疗。两组胃镜疗效比较,对照组治愈3例,显效5例,有效8例,无效14例,总有效率53.33%；治疗组治愈10例,显效18例,有效9例,无效13例,总有效率74.00%。经Ridit分析,对照组R1=0.5951,治疗组R2=0.4429。两组Ridit值的检验结果,t=2.441,P=0.017,＜0.05,两组治疗效果差异显著,说明治疗组治疗优于对照组治疗。两组病理疗效比较,对照组治愈3例,显效5例,有效6例,无效16例,总有效率46.67%；治疗组治愈10例,显效17例,有效7例,无效16例,总有效率68.00%。经Ridit分析,对照组R1=0.5883,治疗组R2=0.4470。两组Ridit值的检验结果,t=2.276,P=0.026,＜0.05,两组治疗效果差异显著,说明治疗组治疗优于对照组治疗。[结论]化瘀解毒益气法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生有较好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of "TCM Therapies of Dissolving Blood Stasis, Detoxication and Supplementing Qi" on chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) with intestinal metaplasia (IM)Methods:80 subjects were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group in which 50 cases were treated with "TCM Therapies of Dissolving Blood Stasis, Detoxication and Supplementing Qi" and control group in which 50 cases were treated with "WeiFuChun Tablet". A course of treatment was 3 months, totally 2 courses. Results:Tested by Ridit, it showed the treatment group was better than the matched controlled group in curative effect of symptom (P<0.05), elcctro-gastroscope examination (P<0.05) and pathological effect (P<0.05).Conclusions:"TCM Therapies of Dissolving Blood Stasis, Detoxication and Supplementing Qi" is quite effective for chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia.更多还原
