针刺治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效观察

【摘要】 目的：观察以针刺风门、肺俞、迎香、印堂、合谷等穴位为主治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法：对40例变应性鼻炎患者采取针刺风门、肺俞、迎香、印堂、合谷等穴位进行治疗。每周3次,治疗12次为1疗程。在治疗完第6次、第12次后应用症状评价量化表评价治疗后的疗效.结果：40例患者,治疗12次后,显效34例,占总人数85%；有效4例,占总人数10%；无效2例,占总人数5%。结论：1.针刺能有效改善变应鼻炎的症状,其有效率可达95%,近期效果较好。2.针刺12次治疗变应性鼻炎的效果好于治疗6次的效果。3.针刺治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效与病程有关,病程越短治疗效果越好。4.在变应性鼻炎各症状中,针刺对喷嚏的改善疗效最显著,其有效率达92.78%。5.针刺治疗变应性鼻炎的安全性较高。6.针刺治疗变应性鼻炎的远期效果有待进一步观察。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:the clinic research on allergicrhinitis through needling GB20,BL12, LI20, DU28, LI4 and so on.Method:choosing GB20,BL12, LI20,DU28 and LI4 on treating 40 patients of allergicrhinitis’s. Three times a week, rest in weekend,12 times make a course. After the sixth time and the twelveth time treatment, applying the symptoms’ quantization table to assess the healing effect.Result:40 patients, after 12 times treatments,34 patients have obvious effects accounting for 85% in total; 4 patients have some effects, accounting for 10% in total,2 patients are non-effective, accounting for 5% in total.1)acupuncture therapy has well security on treating allergicrhinitis.2)acupuncture therapy has good symptoms control of allergicrhinitis, the effective rate reachs to 95%, especially the lately effects are very well.3)The effect to treat allergic rhinitis by using Acupuncture have a relationgship with treating times.as in my result the effectl2times by using Acupuncture is better than 6times.4)acupuncture treating results are effected by the course of disease, the shorter course the better results.5) among all the symptoms, sneeze tops the best effects, reach to 92.78% after 12 times treatments.6) the future effects of needling on allergicrhinitis are needed the further research.更多还原
