灯泡贯流机组在线监测与故障分析系统试验研究

【摘要】 本文根据灯泡贯流机组轴系卧式布置、设备庞大、结构复杂、故障诱因繁多等特点,结合国内外已投入运行的灯泡贯流机组在实际运行中所出现的问题,对机组进行多部位、多项目实时监测,以便能够及时发现引起机组不稳定的因素,实现故障分析,以至实现最终的状态检修,同时为了减小电站人员后期的分散性管理难度和建设期设备投资,设计了一套完整的、齐全的灯泡贯流机组在线监测与故障分析系统。论文阐述了灯泡贯流机组设置在线监测系统的必要性,详细分析了这种机型可能出现的振源、振源判别依据及故障机理,为整个系统设计提供了理论基础。论文介绍了如时域分析、频域分析、伯德图分析、瀑布图分析、轴心轨迹分析、动态轴线姿态分析、发电机空气间隙分析等文中采用的分析方法的原理及算法;根据灯泡贯流机组轴系卧式布置特点,提出了发电机空气间隙分析、轴心轨迹分析及动态轴线姿态分析的重要性;在文中实际开发的系统软件中实现了上述的分析功能。论文在研究本校硕士开发的立式机组监测系统的基础上,针对灯泡贯流机组的特点,结合电站中在线监测系统实际安装及布置,完成了灯泡贯流机组的测点布置及整个系统的硬件结构和分析软件设计,并在原有立式机组监测系统的基础上增加了发电机空气间隙测量及分析功能等等。论文最后,将国内某电站机组所采集到的实际运行数据用于本文所设计的软件分析系统中进行测试,得到良好的操作画面和数据处理结果。验证了本文设计的基于虚拟仪器的在线监测分析软件系统合理可行。

【Abstract】 Because of the horizontally-mounted shaft system,the huge size of the equipment, the complex stucture of the units,and the various inducement of the failures of the bulb tubular turbines,this paper proposes a method to instantly monitor multiple parts and items of the units, in the light of the problems exist in the applied bulb tubular turbines at home and abroad. The purpose of this paper is to detect the factors which cause the instability of the units in time,so as to analyze the failures and to achieve the final protective maintenance. Furthermore,a complete on-line monitoring and fault-analyzing system is designed to reduce the difficulty of dispersive supervision of the workers in plants,as well as to decrease the equipment investment during the construction.The Paper proposed necessary to set up the on-line monitoring system for a bulb unit,detailed analysis local oscillator, local oscillator and fault discrimination of this model,and provides a theoretical basis for the whole system design.The paper described, such as time-domain analysis, frequency domain analysis, Bode plot analysis, waterfall chart analysis, trajectory analysis axis, the dynamic axis posture analysis, generators air-gap analysis, which used in principle and algorithm.According to characteristics of Bulb turbine shafting, proposed the importance of the generator air gap analysis, axis trajectory analysis and dynamic analysis, achieve the above analysis in the system of actual development problems.Base on school master in the study of monitoring system software of vertical hydroelectric generating units, this paper set monitoring items and monitoring points and complete analysis software which functionality and configuration is complete.And based on in the original vertical unit monitoring system, increased the generator air gap measurement and analysis capabilities.Finally, used the collected data of a domestic power plant units in this analysis system and get good pictures and data processing results of operations.Validate design of on-line monitoring and analysis software system based virtual instrument is reasonable and feasible.
