薛城水电站首部枢纽施工组织管理及主要施工技术研究

【摘要】 随着我国水利事业的蓬勃发展,水电建设工程逐渐西移,越来越多的大型水利工程项目正处于规划、设计和建设之中。这些工程的特点是:工程规模巨大、枢纽建筑物多、坝址多位于高山峡谷之中,由于受地形及水力条件约束,在建和即将开发的很多大中型水电工程开发方式为引水式,因此,开展并总结引水式电站的施工管理与关键施工技术是十分必要的。研究成果不仅对同类工程有重要的参考价值,也必将有力地推动我国水电站工程设计与施工技术的进步。薛城水电站是一座高水头、长隧洞引水式电站,首部枢纽施工主要包括土石方开挖工程、混凝土工程、边坡防护工程、砌体工程等几大部分。施工工期较紧是施工中所面临的最主要问题。通过科学的组织管理,选用先进的施工技术,整个工程的施工过程顺利而有序,在紧张的工期情况下,全部工程提前一个月完工。在保证施工进度的同时,建立健全质量监督与管理体系,通过严格的管理与控制,使得施工质量也得到保证,工程验收合格率达到100%,优良率达到88.7%。通过对薛城水电站首部枢纽施工管理与施工技术的研究探讨,研究成果与施工经验希望能够对类似工程的施工提供帮助与借鉴。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of water resources in China, hydropower projects are moving to the west, more and more large hydro projects are under plan, design, and construction, with the same characteristics of huge scale, more structures, and most of them are sited among high-mountain and deep-gorges. As limited by topography and hydraulic conditions, large and middle scale hydropower projects being or will be constructed are in diversion types. So, it is necessary to do study on management and key construction technology diversion types hydropower station. Not only will the study have important referential values to the same projects but also forcefully push the progress of hydropower station in design and construction technology.Xuecheng hydropower station is in diversion type with high water head, long tunnel, the main project of head part junction are:earth and stone project, concrete project, The side slope protects project, and so on. Main problem on construction is the Strained time. By scientific management and adopt advanced technology, the main process is successful. On the condition of Strained time, all works have been completed one month befor contract time. And the same time, with the strict management on quality, quality of construction have been insured. Qualified rate of the project get 100%, Excellent rate get 88.7%.By the research of key construction technology and management in Xuecheng hydropower station, we hope the result and experience could provide some help for the similar project.
