静电自组装制备纳米染料敏化太阳能电池光阳极

【摘要】 能源问题是制约目前世界经济发展的首要问题,太阳能作为一种取之不尽、用之不竭、无污染洁净的特性,成为最有希望的新型能源之一。染料敏化纳米晶Ti02太阳能电池(DSSC)制作工艺简单、成本低和性能稳定,引起了各国科学家的广泛关注。而多孔纳米TiO2薄膜是DSSC电池体系中最重要的部分之一本文采用水热法合成纳米晶TiO2,将合成的TiO2粉体制成胶体,采用静电自组装法(ESAM)将胶体吸附在FTO导电玻璃上,制成染料敏化纳米晶TiO2太阳能电池的光阳极。在此基础上,借助SEM、XRD、XPS等手段分析表征了TiO2粉体和TiO2多孔薄膜的相组成和显微组织。探讨水热合成过程中前驱体的pH值、反应温度和水热合成时间控制TiO2纳米晶粒晶相、平均粒径和形貌等的影响规律,结果表明前驱体pH=10.5,水热合成温度120℃,水热合成时间为5h时,能够得得平均粒径为7.1nm的锐钛矿相纳米Ti02晶粒。在前面工作的基础上,以Ti02多孔薄膜为光阳极,以碳修饰的导电玻璃为光阴极,以I-/I3-溶液为液体电解质,组装成DSSC太阳能电池,并对其光电性能进行了测定。研究薄膜厚度对薄膜形貌、组成薄膜晶体的晶型以及对电池光电性能的影响,结果表明由7层TiO2薄膜组成的DSSC太阳能电池的效果最佳,其光电转换率为3.53%。

【Abstract】 Energy crisis is the most important issue that hinder the economic development of the world.Solar energy source,which is a clean, cheap and inexhaustible energy, become one of the promising materials. Dye-sensitized solar cell was widely concerned by scientists from various countries because of simple process low cost and stable performance. Porous nano-TiO2 thin film is one of the most important parts of DSSC cell systemIn this paper, nano-crystalline powders were prepared by hydrothermal method, and made into gel, the gel were adsorbed on the colloidal FTO conductive glass by electrostatic self-assembly multlayer (ESAM),then were made into anode of nano-crystalline dye-sensitized solar cell. The phase composition and microstructure of TiO2 powders and Porous nano-TiO2 thin film were obversed by SEM, XRD, XPS.The influences of pH of precursor, reaction temperature and hydrothermal time on the phase, particle size and morphology of nano-TiO2 powder were studied, research suggests that anatase nano-TiO2 powder which average particle size is 7.1nm were produced when pH of precursor was 10.5, temperature and time of hydrothermal synthesis were 120℃and 5h respectively.Solar cell was assembled that take porous TiO2 thin film as anode and carbon-modified conductive glass as cathode, I/I3- solution as electrolyte, and photoelectric performance were tested. Anode of DSSC battery were Prepared by Electrostatic Self-Assembly Multayer. The effect of thickness of thin film on the phase, morphology and optical properties of the battery were studied, results show that DSSC solar cells work best when there were 7-layer TiO2 thin film, while the photoelectric conversion rate of 3.53%.
