长庆实业集团公司经营战略研究
Research on Changqing Industrial Group Business Strategy

【摘要】 经营战略管理是企业管理的核心,是企业长远发展的根本保证。长庆实业集团公司作为一个以油田开发为主营业务的集团公司,国家计划经济的长期影响以及自身发展的历史遗留问题,制约了企业持续健康发展。随着我国成品油市场的逐步开放,行业竞争日益激烈,在此背景下,必须加强战略研究,制订具有针对性的经营战略,以促进公司的长期稳定发展。在回顾战略管理理论的基础上,以定性与定量相结合的方法,全面分析了长庆实业集团公司的内外部环境以及当前的机会与威胁,运用内部要素评价(IFE矩阵)、外部要素评价(EFE矩阵)分析并识别出公司的内、外部关键因素,通过SWOT矩阵、内部-外部矩阵分析(IE矩阵)得到了备选经营战略,随后借助定量战略计划矩阵(QSPM矩阵)对备选战略进行了评价,经过分析得出长实集团应采用市场开发战略和低成本战略,并详细地阐述了战略实施的保障措施。本文的研究对象长实集团在石油行业具有一定的影响力,其战略抉择问题也是业内企业普遍面临的问题,本研究对长庆实业集团公司的战略抉择具有指导作用,同时也对同行企业起到一定的借鉴作用。
【Abstract】 Business strategy management is not only the core of enterprise management, but also the fundamental guarantee for long-term development of company. Changqing Industrial Group, as an oil field development as the main business of the Group, Due to the long-term economic impact of the national plan, it itself is also in the development of historical issues, thereby this situation it has affected the sustainable and healthy development of the oilfield. Therefore, it is necessary to break the traditional bondage of the planned economy, so we need to strengthen strategic research to develop targeted business strategies in order to promote the company’s long-term stable development.In reviewing the strategic management theory based on the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, this paper prove a comprehensive analysis of the Changqing Industrial Group, internal and external environment and the current opportunities and threats. By the use of internal elements (IFE matrix), external factor evaluation (EFE matrix) to analyze and identify the company’s internal and external key factors, through the SWOT matrix, the internal external matrix analysis (IE matrix), alternative management strategy has been followed through Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM matrix) the evaluation of alternative strategies, through analysis Cheung Kong Holdings obtained market development strategy should be used and low-cost strategy, and implementation of the strategy described in detail the safeguards.The target enterprise of this paper, Changqing Construction Industry Group, has a certain influence in its filed. Its strategic choice issues are also common problems faced by the industry’s enterprises. This paper is a reference to the role of Changqing Group, for other similar enterprises learned.
