灌区自动控制闸门的研究与应用

【摘要】 随着科技的发展和水资源的开发利用,提高灌区灌溉用水效率的要求也在不断加强。在这一指导思想下,灌区信息化建设也在积极的开展当中,旨在把人工控制的灌区系统向自动化控制发展,实现灌区设施的及时监测、调控,达到水资源的优化配置。灌区渠道的自动控制是整个灌区实现自动化、信息化的基础,而灌区渠道闸门是渠道控制的最基本单元。本文在研究传统渠道的运行机制和控制方法后,针对现行灌区渠道闸门的使用情况和工作任务,有针对性的开发闸门控制器,并将其应用于灌区实际。结果表明,控制器能够很好的完成闸门控制,高效完成闸门调水的任务。同时对偏远地区缺乏电力供应的闸门控制,进行了初步研究。闸门控制器的开发是在分析了渠道运行准则、渠道运行方法、闸门运行技术等渠道运行的基本原理后,寻找为实现渠道最佳运行方案的节制闸及配水闸的控制技术。将水位控制器应用于宝鸡峡灌区帝王抽水站节制闸的控制运行,实际模拟结果表明,控制器设计思想正确,控制方法合理。在节能、低耗、可控制这一主导思想的指导下,本文对水力自动闸门进行了深入的研究和分析,设计出一个新型的水力自动控制闸门,将其命名为“浮筒式水力自动控制闸门”。该闸门具有结构简单,控制性强,能耗小等优点。同时通过模型试验验证了浮筒式闸门的工作原理是可行的。并结合石头河灌区干斗渠渠首引水闸门的改造设计浮筒水力自动控制闸门,详细研究了浮筒闸门的设计思路和浮筒形体优化设计思想。继而在此闸门形式的基础上设计流量控制算法,以实现分水闸门的自动化控制。

【Abstract】 With the development of science and technology and utilization water resources, irrigation district to improve the efficiency of irrigation water requirements has been to strengthen. Under the guiding ideology, irrigation information technology were also carried out actively, seek to control the irrigation area of artificial system to development automatic control, irrigation facilities to achieve the timely monitoring、control, the optimal allocation of water resources. Irrigation district channel automation control the entire irrigation area, the basis of information, irrigation channel for the control of the gate is the basic unit.Research in traditional channels and control the operation of the mechanism method, irrigation district under the existing use of the gate and tasks, targeted the development of the gate controller, and applies the irrigated area, the results show that the controller to complete a very good gate control, efficient completion of the task of water diversion gate. At the same time, remote gate headwork forms the channels were modified to enable it to achieve better automatic control.Gate controller development is the analysis of the existing.channels of the basic principles of operation, analysis of the criteria and the gate channel to run after running mechanism. Find automation control channel and the gate operation of the special nature of the specific principles, as well as possible ways to automate. And imperial through Baojixia irrigation district pumping station automated water level control algorithm and the development of control algorithm, detailed analysis of the design of the gate control of thought and a reasonable case for the transformation of the specific ideas. And mathematical simulation and actual operation data to judge the reasonableness of algorithms and applications.In energy-saving, low consumption, the main idea of this can be controlled under the guidance, to automatic hydraulic gate on an in-depth research and analysis, design a new type of hydraulic automatic gate, named"Float-type Automatic Hydraulic Gate".The gate has a simple structure, control、and power consumption advantages of small. At the same time, float through the model test to verify the theoretical analysis of the gate and operating parameters of buoys and other issues. And combination with the Shitou River Reservoir Irrigation District main channel and headwork diversion gate automatic hydraulic gate design float, studied in detail the design of the gate buoy floats ideas and optimize physical design idea. Then in the form of gate design based on the flow control algorithm, in order to achieve automatic control gate of diversion channel.
