钢筋混凝土Z形柱非线性有限元分析

【摘要】 钢筋混凝土异形柱一般是指截面为L、十、T、Z形的柱子。以这种柱做承重构件的结构,具有使室内不出现棱角、便于家具布置、增大房间使用面积等优点,因而,目前异形柱已在我国许多城市得到推广和应用。伴随着2006年《混凝土异形柱结构技术规程》的出版,关于L、十、T形的柱子的设计已经有一个较完善的、统一的标准,而对于设计中碰到的Z形柱却始终没有一个统一的标准,由于其截面本身的不规则性和受建筑条件的束缚导致其截面不可能过大,往往不能有较高的承载力,故其承载力就成为人们所关注的焦点。本文就在现有研究成果的基础上,对钢筋混凝土异形柱中Z形柱的正截面承载力以及斜截面承载力进行了非线性有限元分析,主要研究内容如下:第一、运用有限元软件-ANSYS建立模型,通过算例的计算结果与实验结果进行对比,验证了模型的可靠性。在此基础上计算了不同的荷载角、偏心距、混凝土强度等级、配箍率以及配筋率对钢筋混凝土Z形柱在双向偏心受压荷载下的承载力,得出了各影响因素与正截面承载力的关系曲线以及其变化规律。并在此结论的基础上分析钢筋混凝土Z形柱正截面双向偏心受压时的破坏形态。第二、在验证模型可靠的基础上计算了不同肢宽厚比、轴压比、混凝土强度等级、配筋率以及配箍率对钢筋混凝土Z形柱斜截面抗剪承载力,得出了各影响因素与斜截面抗剪承载力、延性的关系曲线以及其变化规律。并在此结论的基础上分析钢筋混凝土Z形柱在承受轴压力、剪力的共同作用下的破坏形态。

【Abstract】 The Reinforced Concrete Special-shaped Column are columns with T-shaped section、L-shaped section、+-shaped section and Z-shaped section. so,at present,the buildings with Special-shaped columns are applied in many cities in our country with the advantage of not appcaring column edges indoors,being easy to arrange furniture,extending service areas. By the publication of the<Technical specification for concrete structures with specially shaped column> in 2006, the design of the T-shaped section、L-shaped section and +-shaped sections’ already had perfectly and the unification standard, but bumps into regarding the design in the Z shape column actually throughout does not have a unified standard, because its section’s irregularity and is constructed the condition the fetter not possibly to cause its section oversized, then it often cannot has the high supporting capacity, therefore its supporting capacity becomes the focal point which the people pay attention. Based on the past research findings,the load-bearing ultimatic capability of the Reinforced Concrete columns with Z-shaped section are studied in this paper.The chief research results are summarized as follows:First, It has been build model using the ansys-the finite element software, then carries on the contrast through the example computed result and the experimental result to confirm the model’s reliability. Based on this calculated,it has calculated the different load angle, the eccentricity, the concretes intensity rank, to match the band rate as well as the ratio of reinforcement to the reinforced concrete Z-shaped column’s under bidirectional eccentric compression load supporting capacity, and has obtained each influencing factor and the right section supporting capacity relational curve as well as its change rule. It has analyzse the right section’s destruction shape of the reinforced concrete Z-shaped column under this conclusion’s foundation.Second, Based on the reliable model,it has calculated the different extremity generous ratio, the ratio of the axis presses, the concretes intensity rank, the ratio of reinforcement generously as well as matches the band rate anti-to cut the supporting capacity to the reinforced concrete Z-shaped column oblique section,then it has obtained each influencing factor and the oblique section anti-cuts the supporting capacity, the ductility relational curve as well as its change rule. It has analyzse the olique section’s destruction shape of the reinforced concrete Z-shaped column under this conclusion’s foundation.
