平压平模切机动平台共轭凸轮驱动机构的分析研究

【摘要】 自动平压平模切机是印刷包装行业中重要的表面整饰加工设备。动平台驱动机构是平压平模切机的关键工作部件,其性能直接影响模切工艺,决定产品的质量,反映机器本身的优劣。本论文在剖析传统曲柄肘杆机构的运动和动力特性基础上,提出采用共轭凸轮驱动平台的方案,并对其进行设计、分析与研究,从改进运动特性入手将其与传统机构进行对比分析,并利用计算机辅助设计技术开发出动平台驱动机构的选型分析软件。本论文的主要工作包括如下内容:(1)对曲柄肘杆机构进行运动学分析,结合模切工艺,掌握机构的运动变化规律;利用达朗贝尔原理对曲柄肘杆机构进行动态静力分析,掌握相关构件的受力情况。(2)提出几何封闭共轭凸轮驱动动平台的运动方式,选择合适的运动规律,进行了共轭凸轮轮廓的反求设计研究。(3)根据高副低代的原理,分析在不同运动规律下动平台的运动特性,并与原机构的运动特性进行对比,揭示新机构对改进模切过程的作用。(4)建立了凸轮—从动件机构的动力学模型,对凸轮机构的动态特性进行分析。分析结果表明:机构的工作频率远小于系统自由振动的频率,工作端的动态响应接近静态运动规律,无需进行高速动态校核。(5)利用VC与MATLAB编制了动平台驱动机构的选型分析演示界面。通过课题研究,完成上述工作,达到预计目标,动平台共轭凸轮驱动机构能够满足模切工艺的需求并在一定程度上起到改善作用。

【Abstract】 The driving mechanism of the moving platform is the key component of the die-cutting machine. Its function plays an important role on the die-cutting technology and decides the quality of the products, thus reflects the machine’s performance. Though analyzing on the conventional dual-elbow-bar mechanism, the paper put forward a new scheme on the design of the driving mechanism, which use the conjugate cam instead. Then give a compare on the moving characteristics between two different kinds’mechanism.The paper includes the key points done as follows:(1)According to die-cutting technology, motion analysis of the dual-elbow-bar mechanism is done and the moving curve is acquired; then, force characteristics of the key components is analyzed.(2)The conjugate cam-driving mechanism is proposed. By choosing adaptive moving law, the design on the conjugating cam is being researched and the contour of the cam is described.(3)According to the formula of higher pair substitute equivalent linkage instead, the platform’s moving characteristics under different motion laws is analyzed and compared with the original mechanism, then the impaction on the die-cutting technology is discussed.(4)Kinetic model of the cam-follower mechanism is established, and force characteristics is analyzed. It is indicated that the cam mechanism’s work frequency is smaller than the system’s free vibration frequency, so that the work end’s dynamic response has little difference with the static moving regulation and need not to be revised farther.(5)The choosing and analyzing formula of the driving mechanism of the moving platform is compiled by using VC and MATLAB tools software.Through research, the following work is done and the goal is almost achieved. It is indicated that the conjugate cam-driving mechanism could satisfy the die-cutting technology and even advance it.
