基于共生视角的高技术企业技术联盟伙伴选择研究

【摘要】 随着经济一体化和竞争全球化以及知识经济和网络经济的蓬勃发展,以借助外部技术资源来增加企业核心知识为特征的技术联盟应运而生。技术联盟为高技术企业提供了一种资源共享、风险转换和成本分摊的机制,是一个典型的利益共生体。但实践证明,技术联盟大多以失败告终,一个主要原因就是没有选择合适的联盟伙伴。因此,从生态视角研究高技术企业技术联盟伙伴选择问题对增强高技术企业的创新能力、改善与提高企业管理水平,带动整个高技术产业的科技能力和创新水平,建设创新型国家具有重要的战略意义。(1)以战略联盟、技术联盟相关理论以及生态学中的共生理论为基础,结合高技术企业特性和盟主-成员型联盟特点,从共生系统、共生特性和共生动因和条件三个方面分析盟主-成员型高技术企业技术联盟的共生关系。其中,共生系统包括共生单元、共生模式和共生环境三部分;共生特性则从依存特性、开放特性和生存特性三个视角展开;共生动因和条件包括内在动因和外部条件两方面,外部条件中分析了高技术企业技术联盟互惠共生关系成立的充分必要条件。(2)以盟主-成员型高技术企业技术联盟为研究对象,以盟主选择与之具有某种关系的其他侯选共生企业共同进行创新研发问题构建伙伴选择模型,并利用杂合遗传算法进行求解。目标函数的设定以实现联盟共生能量最大而能量损耗最小的发展形式为目标,即联盟成本最小化,将互惠共生关系成立的充要条件作为约束条件,采用杂合遗传算法对模型进行求解,并对此模型做进一步说明。(3)将理论上构建的共生伙伴选择模型运用于高技术企业ST的伙伴选择过程中。以ST公司选择合适的共生伙伴组建CVT技术联盟为例,从CVT技术联盟的描述和伙伴选择求解等方面对理论上构建的模型进行实例分析。

【Abstract】 With economic integration and global competition as well as the vigorous development of knowledge economy and net economy, technology alliance came into being in order to increase the enterprise’s core knowledge by leveraging external technical resources. Technology alliance provides high-tech enterprise with a kind of mechanism for sharing resource, conversing risk of and cost-sharing, it is a symbiosis of interests. However, practice shows that technological alliances mostly end in failure, one main reason is the unsuitable coalition partners. Therefore, from an ecological perspective, the study of high-tech Enterprise Technology Alliance Partner Selection has an important strategic significance in enhancing the innovative capability of high-tech enterprises, improving and enhancing the enterprise management level, leading the entire high-tech industry, scientific and technological capacity and innovation and building an innovation-oriented country.This paper analyzes the symbiotic relationship of high-tech enterprise technology alliance combined with characteristics of high-tech enterprises from three aspects:symbiotic systems, symbiotic properties, symbiotic reasons, based on the theory of strategic alliance, technology alliance-related theory as well as the ecology of the symbiotic theory. Among them, the symbiotic system consists of the symbiotic unit, symbiotic model and symbiotic environment; symbiotic features are composed of dependent properties, open characteristics and survival characteristics; symbiotic reasons includes both internal and external factors, the latter explains the necessary and sufficient condition of the establishment of a symbiotic relationship.As a hegemony-member based high-tech enterprise technology alliance, this paper builds a partner selection model for R & D cooperation with the issue that the chief selects other symbiotic candidates and solves it by hybrid genetic algorithm. The purpose of objective function is to achieve maximum energy of the alliance while minimum loss, namely, to minimize the cost of the alliance. Constraints are set with the necessary and sufficient conditions of establishing mutually beneficial symbiotic relationship and.The model is solved by hybrid genetic algorithm and further explanation is made.The theoretical symbiotic partner selection model is applied to high-tech enterprises ST partner selection process. With ST selecting suitable partners to form a symbiotic CVT technology alliance as example, this paper explains the theoretical model with a case study from the aspects of partner selection process, model construction, model solution.
