光伏发电系统移相全桥DC/DC变换器及控制方法研究

【摘要】 随着世界能源危机的加剧,太阳能作为一种无污染的绿色能源,它的开发与利用愈来愈受到重视。由于光伏电池组件串联的数量受到太阳能电池板耐压和绝缘要求的限制,因此在光伏发电系统中一般采用DC/DC升压环节。光伏升压DC/DC变换器性能的好坏直接影响光伏发电的转换效率,因此研究高频化、高效率的光伏升压软开关DC/DC变换器意义非常重大。本文针对光伏发电系统,分析和研究了全桥移相DC/DC变换器的拓扑结构和控制方法。首先,介绍了光伏发电技术的发展以及国内外的研究现状,分析比较了几种全桥ZVZCS DC/DC变换器的典型拓扑结构。根据光伏升压DC/DC变换器的特性给出了一种副边采用无源箝位的新型全桥ZVZCS DC/DC变换器拓扑结构,重点分析了其工作原理及软开关实现的条件,详细叙述了高频变压器、输出滤波电感的设计以及主电路器件的选取和参数的计算过程,并用仿真软件PSIM对主电路进行了仿真,仿真结果表明参数设计的正确性和可行性。本文采用英飞凌XE164F单片机作为主控芯片,设计了光伏升压全桥ZVZCS DC/DC变换器数字控制系统。介绍了一种基于英飞凌的数字移相PWM脉冲产生方法;分析了光伏升压DC/DC变换器控制策略,完成了控制系统软件的设计和编写。最后搭建了400V/500W光伏升压全桥ZVZCS DC/DC变换器试验样机,实验结果表明:主电路参数设计合理,成功实现ZVZCS,变换器工作稳定可靠。

【Abstract】 With the global energy crisis intensifying, renewable energy development and utilization become more and more important. Pressure and insulation of solar panels will limit the number of photovoltaic modules in series, so DC/DC boosted link was used generally in photovoltaic power generation systems.PV-boosted DC/DC converter’s performance will have a direct impact on the conversion efficiency of photovoltaic power generation systems, it’s signifieant to research on high efficiency PV-boosted soft-switch DC/DC converter.As regards of photovoltaic power generation systems,the phase-shifted full-bridge DC/DC converter topology and control methods are analyzed and researched in the paper.Firstly, the development of photovoltaic technology and research at home and abroad were introduced,in this article,and several typical full-bridge ZVZCS DC/DC converter topologies were analyzed and compared. Based on the characteristics of PV Boosted DC/DC converter, a new vice-side passive clamp full-bridge ZVZCS DC/DC converter topology was given. This Paper analyzed the converter’s principle and soft-switching conditions,deseribed the design process of high-frequency transformer and output filter inductance,the selection of devices and the calculation of Parameters,as well as simulated by PSIM. The simulation results showed the correctness and feasibility of the design parameters.Based on XE164F, The digital control system of phase-shifted full-bridge ZVZCS DC/DC converter was designed. A novel digital phase-shifted method based on XE164F was adopted. The control strategy was described. The design of the soft ware were also given. Finally,500VA phase-shifted full-bridge ZVZCS DC/DC converter test prototype wae finished. The results show that:the parameter design of the main circuit is reasonable, successful, and converter was stable and reliable.
