汽车电动助力转向系统的建模控制与仿真研究

【摘要】 由于传统液压助力转向的分析方法已不能完全适用于电动助力转向系统,有必要对电动助力转向系统的模型及其软硬件实现进行深入的研究。本论文从系统建模到软硬件实现对电动助力转向系统进行了细致的研究,对将系统建模思想融入到软硬件实现,做了有益的尝试,完成了关键部件的硬件搭建工作。本文围绕汽车电动助力转向系统仿真实验台的研究与开发,论述了电动助力转向系统的工作原理、结构组成、特点、国内外的研究现状,并展望了其发展趋势,建立了汽车转向系统动力学模型和考虑侧倾自由度时电动助力转向系统的角输入和力输入模型并进行了计算。对电动助力转向系统的关键部件,如电动机、转矩传感器、车速传感器、离合器和减速机构、内部控制器进行了设计和选用,为系统的开发和各部件的选择提供了依据。对电动助力转向控制策略进行了初步的研究。

【Abstract】 Because the analytical method of the traditional hydraulic power steering has not able to adapt to the electric power steering, so it is necessary to make a embedded research in system modal and software and hardware realization of the electric power steering system.This paper studies the electric power steering seriously from system modal to realization of software and hardware,makes a helpful attempt and builds a frame work of the pivotal hardware.This paper discusses the work principium, configuration,characteristic,the research actuality of home and aborad and developmental current of the electric power steering system emulation test-bed, not only builds the electric power steering system modal with angle and power input but also computes them.Then,the paper designs the pivotal part of the electric power steering such as electromotor,torque transducer,speedtransducer,clutch,reduction gears,entrails controller and provides foundation for the exploitation of system and choice of components,makes a elementary study of electric power system,provides a theory foundation for emulation study and capability test of the electric power steering system.The achievements and highlights of this research are as follows:
