中国主要林木天牛识别治理专家决策系统

Expert Decision System for Identification and Control of Longhorn Beetles Damaging Forest in China

【摘要】 天牛,广泛分布在我国的大部分区域,为害极其广泛。本文以天牛为研究对象,研制了网络远程运行的中国主要天牛识别治理专家决策系统。研究目标是根据界面提示,用户可以随时提取所需信息,帮助林业工作者解决林业和生产中遇到的天牛虫害问题,如帮助鉴定天牛的种类,提出综合防治措施;使系统达到系统性、专业性、整体性、实用性,可以为不同用户提供快速查询检索的功能。本系统操作方法简单、使用方便、具有良好的扩充性,便于知识库的随时更新。对为害林木的主要天牛进行系统的调查与统计分析。收集、整理天牛科的锯天牛亚科、幽天牛亚科、天牛亚科和沟胫天牛亚科四个亚科共84种天牛的详细信息,如中文名称、英文名称、学名、异名、别名、分类地位、形态特征、生活习性、为害特点、寄主植物、分布地区、防治方法和图片等十三条。依据天牛的形态特征、为害状与寄主植物相结合分别编制二项式检索表,再根据系统的需要对形态特征检索表进行处理,以便把数据库表示成系统的知识库。利用Adobe Photoshop CS和ACDSee3.1软件对相应的天牛图片进行处理和网页制作。利用中国农业大学研制、开发的农业害虫远程辅助诊断多媒体专家系统通用平台DistDiag进行该系统的研制工作。根据天牛种类的信息特点和分类地位,对数据库进行相应的调整,并在数据库中建立相应的数据表,将检索表修改后的内容填入相应的数据表对应栏目中,并添加相应的已处理好的网页格式的图片以及每种天牛的详细信息,构建系统知识库。利用计算机数据结构中二叉树结构的分支结点搜索技术进行推理过程,实现分类的辅助鉴定。本系统的推理机实际上就是完成对二叉树结构分支结点的搜索过程。完成系统集成与系统测试。用HTRO光盘刻录工具将系统信息刻录到光盘,制作成系统安装盘,并编写系统使用手册。本研究充分利用天牛专家的知识、解决问题的思路、原则和方法,系统地研制成能够快速、准确地对天牛进行鉴定并能够提出综合防治措施的专家系统,把计算机科学和天牛防治有机的结合起来,促进学科间交叉,使专家系统和网络技术在生物学领域得到更广泛的应用。

【Abstract】 Longhorn beetle exists in most area in China with extensive damage. Taking longhorn beetle as the study object, an expert decision system for identification and control of longhorn beetle in China, which is based on the long-distance service of network, has been developed in this paper.The aim of the study is to make users get needed information at any moment according to the cue of interface, help foresters solve the problems of insect pest of longhorn beetle on forestry and production. For example, the system helps identify species of longhorn beetles and give integrated prevention and control measures. To make the system systematic, professional, integral and practical, and to provide different users fast inquiry and search function are targets of the study as well. The system has the advantages such as easy operation, convenient using and good expention ability for knowledge base’s update.Longhorn beetles damaging forest in China have been investigated and analyzed statistically. This paper collects and arranges 84 species of longhorn beetles’detailed information belonging to 4 subfamilies of Cerambycidae (Prioninae, Aseminae, Cerambycinae and Lamiinae), such as chinese name, english name, scientific name, synonym name, byname, taxonomic status, morphological characteristics, biology characters, damage features, host, geographical distribution, prevention methods and pictures.Two binomial taxonomic key tables are created based on morphological characteristics, host plants and damage features of longhorn beetles respectively. Then, according to the need of system, the first binomial taxonomic key table is modified so as to get database expressed as knowledge base. Relevant pictures of longhorn beetles are processed and web-maked using Adobe Photoshop CS and ACDSee3.1.The expert is developed on DistDiag, the general platform of remote diagnosis multimedia expert system of agricultural pests, which was designed by China Agricultural University. The database is adjusted, and datasheets are maked in the database according to information feature and taxonomic status of longhorn beetles. Then datasheets are filled with content of revised binomial key, modified web-format pictures and detailed information of each longhorn beetle species to establish knowledge base.The embranchment node search technology of binary tree structure in the computer data structure is used for ratiocination in order to realize the assistant identification of classification. Inference engine of the system is actually search course of the embranchment node of binary tree structure.System are integrated and tested in this paper. The system subpanel is done with HTRO CD record tool. User manual is compiled.In this study, making full use of experts’knowledge, ideas, principles and methods to solve problem, the study develops an expert system that can identify species of longhorn beetles rapidly and give integrated prevention and control measures precisely is developed.Computer science and prevention of longhorn beetles are organically combined to promote the interdisciplinary cross, and make expert system and network technology applied widely in the biology field.
