火力发电机组自启停控制系统开发与实现

【摘要】 机组自启停顺序控制系统(APS)是火力发电机组最高一级的控制系统,它根据机组在启停的不同阶段和大幅度变负荷过程中的需要,对机组工况全面、准确、迅速的检测和判断,向各个分控制系统或设备发出控制指令,使机组能在各态方式下进行启动,直至稳定负荷;或按长期和短期二种方式停机,将机组在任何负荷下逐步降到零。APS的应用能够有效地减少不合理的燃料及工质消耗,降低对机组主设备的热应力冲击和设备故障损坏,提高运行经济性和设备安全性,实现机组节能降耗和降低污染排放。本文结合某电厂“#4号机组各态全自动启动与停止研究与实施”工程为背景,简述了发电厂热工自动化技术的发展历史及发电厂关键工艺流程,研究了#4机组各态启动工艺特点,划分了必要的启动阶段与人为确定点。详细分析了电厂#4机组各态全自动启动与停止控制系统工程的需求,进行了该系统的总体方案设计、硬件设计及软件功能设计,包括系统数据库的分配、功能说明书的编写、逻辑组态、现场调试等;完成了该系统的设计组态与仿真机调试,包括流程图画面、顺控步序、重要控制回路的组态及调试,相关工艺的报警、趋势、报表的组态和调试。该自启停控制系统项目已投入实际运行,取得了良好的应用效果,不但大大提高了#4机组的的自动化控制及管理水平,同时为确保工艺生产的稳定、高效运行提供了保障。

【Abstract】 Automatic Plant Control for Starting and Shutdown (APS) is a unit at the highest level of control system, which according to start and stop units in the different stages and a substantial load in the process of changing needs and conditions of the crew a comprehensive, accurate and rapid detection and to judge, to the various sub-control systems or equipment to issue control instructions, and the unit can be carried out under way in various states to start, until a stable load; or by long-term and short-term shutdown of two ways, the unit in any load gradually reduced to zero. Application of APS can effectively reduce the unreasonable fuel consumption as well as the working fluid to the master unit of heat stress impact and damage to equipment failure,Economic operation and equipment to improve safety, achieve the unit energy-saving and reduce pollution emissions.In this paper, a power plant, "the state of Unit # 4 automatic start and stop the study and implementation of the" Project for the background of thermal power plants outlined the history of automation technology, the key process and power plants to study each unit # 4 Start of technological features, dividing the necessary start-up phase and determine the point man. Detailed analysis of the Power Plant Unit 4 automatic start and stop the state control system engineering requirements for the overall system design, hardware design and software functional design,Including the distribution system database, functional specification preparation, configuration logic, on-site commissioning; completed the design of the system configuration and simulator debugging, including the flow chart of the screen, sequential control step sequence, an important control loop configuration and debugging the relevant process alarm, trends, reports, configuration and debugging. The APS control system project has been put into practical operation, and achieved good effect, not only greatly improve the # 4 unit of the automatic control and management, while ensuring the stability of the production technology and highly efficient operation to provide a guarantee.
