北京奥运会与儒家哲学契合发展的遗产研究

【摘要】 中国奥委会主席何振梁先生早在北京奥运会的申办陈述中就做出这样的承诺：“北京的奥运会,将为北京、中国和世界留下一份独特的遗产。”国际奥委会评估团团长海因·威尔布鲁根也曾这样评价：“中国的传统文化将对奥运会的发展做出重要的贡献,北京奥运会将给中国和体育运动留下独一无二的遗产。”第29界北京奥运会早已完美落幕,她用自己独特方式证明这是历史上最成功的一届奥运会,不仅在申办、承办、举办的过程中是成功完美的,而且还要具备好的后继效应。对于良好的后继效应,最重要的方面就是实现后奥运阶段将呈现中国传统文化与奥林匹克相互促进的双赢互动。对北京奥运会遗产的研究,必须立足中国传统文化的基础上。儒家哲学是由以“和合”为追求的人道文化、以仁义礼为核心的政治文化、以内圣外王为标准的君子文化所构成的理论体系,在当今世界具有重要的资源性价值,也最能找到中国传统文化与北京奥运会契合发展遗产的契合点。本文通过文献资料、逻辑归纳、专家咨询和数理统计等方法,对北京奥运与儒家哲学契合遗产的概念进行阐释,对北京奥运与儒家哲学契合遗产的内容进行挖掘,分析了北京奥运契合遗产保护发展的指导思想、目标、基本原则和内容、基本方式与运行机制,并对其保护发展进行了评价。经研究,初步得出如下结论：1、2008年北京奥运会为世界留下了独一无二的文化遗产。北京奥运遗产大大提升了中国国际地位与声望,增强了中华民族的凝聚力和自信心,提高了国民综合素质和健身意识,有效地强化了中国社会的管理制度和运行方式,对于社会经济、政治、文化都有积极意义。2、儒家哲学蕴含极其丰富的精神资源,充满着人文精神与活力,作为当今世界重要的资源性思想,最能找到中国传统文化与北京奥运契合发展遗产研究的契合点；儒家哲学彰显着“仁爱”、“和谐”、“秩序”的价值,张扬着道德精神,追求刚健有为的人生,向往太平盛世,它既是奥林匹克精神的中国化阐释,又是奥林匹克负面问题消解的终极诉求。3、北京奥运会文化遗产较好地融入了传统儒家文化元素。申办、筹办、举办过程中,积极汲取传统文化精华,从申办理念、口号、吉祥物、场馆、奖牌、开闭幕式等方面展现儒家哲学思想。4、北京奥运与儒家哲学契合遗产的保护发展工作,必须做好系统的搜集与整理工作,创新北京奥运遗产的传承机制,制定北京奥运与儒家哲学遗产的保护发展政策,从不同方面系统地对北京奥运契合遗产进行整理、挖掘、保护、发展,形成立体网络结构,保证了其更好地发展。5、积极构筑北京奥运与儒家哲学契合遗产保护发展策略,在科学发展观指导下,确定保护发展的具体目标,从法律体系、公众体系、监控体系、创新体系多层次保障北京奥运与儒家哲学契合遗产的保护发展。6、北京奥运与儒家哲学契合文化遗产的保护发展遵循以人为本、大众参与的原则,从整体规划、系统保护入手,实行分步实施战略,长期坚持、相互促进,并结合现阶段国情系统地进行。7、北京奥运与儒家哲学契合遗产的保护发展是从运行机制有效运行予以保证的。强劲的动力机制提高其发展动力,融资机制保障北京奥运契合遗产保护发展的经济支持,保护机制与监管机制从制度层面对北京奥运与儒家哲学契合遗产进行全面保障。8、通过文献资料与专家调查,确立的北京奥运与儒家哲学契合遗产保护发展的指标及权重,建立的指标体系,构建的北京奥运与儒家哲学契合遗产保护发展的评价模型,可为北京奥运与儒家哲学契合遗产的保护与发展提供理论服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chinese Olympic Committee president Mr He made such pledge that Beijing Olympic Games will leave behind a unique inheritance for world and China in the Beijing Olympic Games’ application statement. The IOC appraisal team colonel also once appraised that China traditional culture will make the important contribution to Olympic Games’development, the Beijing Olympic Games will leave behind the unique inheritance for China and the sports. The 29th Beijing Olympic Games has already perfectly finished, it use the unique way to proved that it is the most successful Olympic Games, not only in the application, the undertaking, conduct, but also the good successor effect. As the good successor effect, it is the most important that realizing the Olympic Games stage will present the double-win interaction between China traditional culture and the Olympics.The research of Beijing Olympic Games inheritance must base on China traditional culture. The Confucianist philosophy is system info that pursuing humanity culture and taking the justice and humanity ritual as the core political culture, and standardizing by both moral character and gentleman culture. It has the important resource value now in the world, and also could find conjunction spot between the china traditional culture and Beijing Olympic Games development inheritance. This article use the methods of literature, logical induction, expert consultation and mathematical statistic to explain the conception of the Beijing Olympic Games and the Confucianist philosophy conjunction inheritance, and excavate the concept and analyze the guiding principle, goal, content and appraisal.By the research, we can get the following conclusions:1 The Beijing Olympic Games has left behind the unique heritage. The Beijing Olympic Games has promoted the status and reputation of China, and reinforced the cohesive force and self-confidence, and impoved the quality and fitness of the people, and strengthened the society’s administerity system and movement way. It has the positive sense for the society economy, politics and culture.2 The Confucianist philosophy contains extremely rich spirit resource, and fill with humane spirit and vigor. As the best important resource thoughts, it can provide the conjuction between the china traditional culture and the Beijing Olympic Games. The Confucianist philosophy shows the benevolence, harmony, order, and exhibit the ethical spirit, and pursue vigorous life, and hopes for the time of peace. It is not only the chinese explanation of the Olympics spirit but also ultimate demand of Olympic negative question’s dispeling.3 The Beijing Olympic Games cultural heritage has integrated the traditional Confucianist culture element. In the process of application, the preparation, conduct, it derives the traditional culture essence, and unfolds the Confucianist philosophic by the application idea, the slogan, the mascot figure, the facility, the medal, the opening and closing ceremonies.4 The Beijing Olympic Games inheritance’s protection development work must make system’s collection, and innovates inheritance mechanism, and formulates inheritance protection development policy, and carries on the reorganization, the excavation, the protection, the development to Beijing Olympic Games inheritance from the different angles.5 It must construct protection development strategy of the Beijing Olympic Games and the confucianist philosophy conjunction inheritance. Under the scientific development concept instruction, it must determine the protection development, the specific objectives, the legal framework, the public system, the monitoring system, the innovation system.
