多支点基坑支护结构分步开挖的应用研究

【摘要】 深基坑支护工程是当前工程建设领域的热点和难点问题之一,国内外很多工程技术人员和研究者对此做了大量的工作,但对深基坑多支点支护问题的研究和分析大多没有考虑开挖过程,基本是假定内支撑在基坑开挖前就存在,没有考虑开挖过程中支撑反力和结构变形等因素的变化和影响,这种分析与实际的施工过程差距比较大,容易造成工程事故或工程浪费。本文在前人研究的基础上,采用数值模拟和分析的方法,应用有限元PLAXIS分析软件对深基坑地下连续墙多点支撑支护工程分步开挖过程进行动态模拟分析,充分考虑支撑反力和结构变形等随基坑开挖过程的变化。在理论分析的基础上,利用PLAXIS有限元程序对浦钢搬迁工程冲渣沟深基坑支护工程分步开挖进行了模拟计算,并与施工过程中实际监测的数据进行对比,验证了本文所采用的动态化施工分析方法及PLAXIS程序的可靠性和实用性,对深基坑地下连续墙多点支撑支护工程的设计与施工具有较好的指导意义。

【Abstract】 Deep excavation engineering construction area is one of the hot and difficult issue at present and many domestic and foreign engineers and researchers have done a lot of work on it. However, these people gave little consideration to in deep foundation pit supporting the fulcrum than study and analysis of most problems during excavation. They do not consider the basic assumeption supported in foundation pit excavation in existence before. Because they gave little consideration to the changes and influence caused by supporting force and deformation of the structure during the excavation, there will be wide gap between this kind of analysis and actual construction process and it is more likely to bring about engineering accident or waste.In this paper, on the basis of predecessors’ research on numerical simulation and analysis method of finite element analysis software, PLAXIS of underground continuous wall of deep foundation pit excavation and supporting project supported by more dynamic simulation analysis, we should give full consideration to the process of support force and the structural deformation with excavation process of change.On the basis of theoretical analysis, PLAXIS using finite element program PuGang relocation project of deep foundation ditch cinder bracing engineering by simulated calculation, by comparing with the excavation and construction process monitoring data, this paper has verified the use of the dynamic construction methods of analysis and PLAXIS program of reliability and practicability will play an instructional role to engineering design and construction of deep foundation pit bracing multi-point supported of underground continuous wall..
