4m~3电动挖掘机维修方案及维修技术研究与应用

【摘要】 4m3电动挖掘机是目前我国露天矿山的主力采掘设备之一,对其安全可靠性的要求很高,在露天采矿的整个系统中占有举足轻重的地位。随着挖掘机行业的迅猛发展和挖掘机制造水平的提高,对挖掘机维修管理的要求也越来越高。如何适应新的形势,改进现有的维修管理和维修技术,保证挖掘机安全、可靠、经济运行,是当前露天矿山企业,特别是中小型露天矿山企业所面临的一个重要课题。本文以4m3电动挖掘机为研究对象,通过对国内外挖掘机技术发展演变历程、电动挖掘机结构原理的介绍和维修管理经验的分析,提出了一系列的常见故障维修改进方法和创新技术。将一些先进的管理和维修技术,如网络计划技术、总成互换技术、集中润滑技术、维修模型,在4m3电动挖掘机的实际维修工程中进行了应用,保障挖掘机的安全生产、可靠运行和经济维修。本课题研究在中国铝业山东分公司矿业公司4m3电动挖掘机实际维修工作中进行了应用,能有效地延长使用寿命,降低维修成本,并获得了良好的技术经济效果,有些改进取得了零故障台时的佳绩。实践证明,这些研究成果在同类露天矿山企业具有非常广泛地推广和应用价值。总成互换技术和润滑技术作为前期学习与工作成果的同时,结合再制造和润滑自修复技术研究,将为下一步开展更深层次的研究以及提高,提供有益基础。

【Abstract】 The 4m3 electric excavator is one of the major equipment at present in the open mine in our country. The security and reliability are very highly required, which play a very important role in whole system of the open mining. With the rapid development and advance of excavator manufacture industry, the requirements of maintenance control are higher and higher. At present the important subjects of the middle and small open mine enterprise are how to suit the new situation, how to improve the maintance control system and maintance technology, and how to ensure the security reliability and economy operations of the excavator.This article give a series of optimized maintenance improve methods of frequent faults and innovate technology, in researching of the 4m3electric excavator, based on the introduce of excavator development status in domestic and overseas and according to the summary of experience of maintenance manage. I put forword and apply the advanced manage technique and maintenance technology to the 4m3electric excavator, such as critical path technique,the section-mutual-change technology; centralized grease lubrication system, maintenance model, all applied in practical works of the excavato maintenance, ensure the security produce, reliability operations and economy maintenance of the excavator. This subject is based on the practical experience of the 4m3electric excavator of the mining company of the Shandong branch of China’s aluminium industry CO, LTD, can effectively prolong its life-cycle, reduce its maintance cost, and got very good results in technology and economy. Some improves get preferably purpose about zero trouble hour. These efforts are of extending and applying value according to practice. At the same time, as prophase results in studying and working to the section-mutual-change technology and lubrication technology, it will provide a beneficial flat roof of deeper studying link to the section Re-manufacture and lubrication repired-self technology.
