三水铝石低温溶出工艺制备砂状氧化铝技术研究

【摘要】 山铝拜尔法使用进口三水铝石矿,采用低温溶出工艺,在该工艺条件下种分分解工艺不断优化,尝试提高砂状氧化铝的合格率。首先在实验室对碳酸化分解氢氧化铝、种分分解氢氧化铝晶种进行对比,寻求更佳晶种类型;在间断种分分解、连续种分分解等工艺上进行一系列的扩大化试验,给工业化生产摸索适合的技术条件。本课题通过采取使用电子显微镜观察氢氧化铝形态、激光粒度分析仪检测氢氧化铝晶种粒度分布等措施指导生产。通过优化一系列的工艺流程,实现提高旋流器分级效率,优化结晶助剂效果,实现模拟一段法和二段法的流程适时切换,奠定了流程基础。通过调整种分槽的温度、固含以及持续时间等工艺条件,总结氢氧化铝粒度变化的规律,同时对晶种粒度分布影响氢氧化铝粒度进行探讨,总结出了强化附聚、成核等过程的工艺制度,进而形成一套较为成熟的分解工艺。

【Abstract】 Bayer method of the Corporation of ShanDong Aluminum properties import gibbsite, It adopts low-temperature dissolution process. In this latter the seeded precipitation continuously optimize, try to improve the rate of sandy alumina. First, in the laboratory through comparing to real aluminum hydroxide and seeding aluminum hydroxide,seeking better seed types. Secondly in the continuous seeded precipitation and the discontinuous seeded precipitation, organizes a series of enlargement test, seek more suitable technology conditions for the industrial production.This topic adopts a series of measures to direct production.By using electronic microscope observe aluminum hydroxide form.By using laser particle size analyzer detects aluminum hydroxide crystal size distribution.Through a series of process optimization and improve efficiency of hydrocyclone classifier, optimizing auxiliary efficiency, simulative one flow method and two flow method Changes each other for timely,lay the foundation.By adjusting the temperature and solids content of aluminum hydroxide serous fluid, including the duration of the process conditions, summarized the rule of aluminum hydroxide particle changeing.
