【摘要】 淄博是一座历史悠久的老工矿城市,新中国成立后,淄博市得到长足发展。在现代城市化的进程下,社会生产力不断发展,科学技术持续进步,为人们提供了更多的休闲生活时间,另一方面也增加第三、四产业的从业岗位。淄博市正向知识经济时代迈进,如何完善淄博市城市空间结构,使得分散的城市布局具备现代城市的空间结构和功能,成为人们关注的首要问题。本文在借鉴与总结国内外城市发展的相关理论研究与实践成果的基础上,对现代城市化、城市空间结构理论以及城市空间布局规律进行了研析。根据人类社会的发展规律,归纳总结出知识经济社会城市空间结构发展趋势,为研究淄博市空间结构提供理论支撑。根据国内外城市发展的实践经验,提出城市发展的基本规律,为淄博市城市空间结构发展提供实践指导。城市是事和物的综合体,是社会的载体,探索与未来淄博市城市社会生活相适应的城市空间发展模式,具有重大意义。伴随知识经济时代的到来,淄博市正经历着由工业城市向综合城市的蜕变。为适应生活方式不断的进步,淄博市城市发展的目标已不仅仅注重产业经济,应更多的关注城市社会生活,这种理念上的定位对营造淄博市的空间品质提出了更高的要求。通过分析淄博市空间结构的演变的趋势,探讨来淄博市城市空间发展。营建以发达的社会经济为基础、以满足市民舒适的公共生活空间为准则,为市民提供优越的工作岗位以及便捷的交通联系网络,实现城市发展的适宜规模。在空间布局上构建一个以母核为中心,子核环绕其周边的有机综合体,利用完善的交通体系实现各区域时空的快速联系,构建有机的城市网络结构体系。基于以上研究分析,论文在以下几方面提出见解：1.目前淄博市正处在向知识经济时代迈进的时期,人们越来越关注精神文化层面的需求,工业经济时代的发展目标远远不能满足城市发展要求。淄博市城市空间结构的发展应当以实现现代城市化为目标,满足人类生活需求,构建规模宜人,场所怡人,文化冶人的生活环境。2.淄博市是一座典型的组团结构的城市,这种分散型的布局形式一方面可以避免城市空间过度密集,易于形成良好城市环境。但是另一方面,也造成了中心城市凝聚力不足的缺点,无法起到带动整个区域发展的要求。根据城市社会生活的规律和城市规模效益,调整淄博市城市社区结构,提高核心城区的等级地位,形成有辐射力和吸引力强的区域中心。3.淄博市城市空间结构为一个以母核为中心,子核环绕其周边的空间布局方式。通过加强淄博市各城区间的交通联系,实现有效的时空效应,促使城市形成有机整体。更多还原

【Abstract】 Zibo is a historic old mining city. After the establishment of new China, Zibo gets rapid development. Under the modern urbanization, with the development of productive forces and technology advances. On the one hand it is providing people with more rest time, on the other hand it is increases the practitioner posts. Now Zibo City is coming into the knowledge economy era, how to improve the spatial structure of Zibo City. People pay attention to make Zibo development into the modern urban space with the structure and function.This paper based on the relevant domestic and international urban development theory and practice, summarizes modern urbanization, urban spatial structure theory, and industrial urban spatial regularity. According to the law of development of human society, this paper summarized the knowledge economy development trend of urban spatial structure. It provides theoretical support for the development of Zibo City. According to domestic and industrial urban development experience, this paper put forward the basic rules of industrial urban development. It provides practical guidance support for the development of Zibo City.Cities are complex things and objects, cities are carrier of the community. It’s useful for exploration the future of social life in Zibo city urban space suit development model. With the knowledge economy era, Zibo City is experiencing from the industrial city to a comprehensive urban transformation. To meet the lifestyle of constant progress, Zibo City focus on industrial and economic development goals and urban social life. This has put forward higher requirements for the quality of Zibo City. By analyzing the spatial structure of Zibo City, the trend of the evolution, summarized the future spatial development patterns in Zibo City. Depend on the socio-economic development, meet the comfort of the public living space. To provide superior Jobs, convenient transportation network, achieve the appropriate scale of urban development. Make the city as a whole by one center and four vice-center surround. Use of sound transportation system to achieve rapid contact of the regional space, build an organic system of the city network.Based on the above analysis, the paper put forward the following views:1. Zibo City is in the present era of knowledge economy, there is growing concern about the demand for spiritual and cultural level. Industrial economy can not meet the development objectives of urban development requirements. Zibo City spatial structure to achieve the goals of modern urbanization, in order to meet the objective needs of human life. Building a city with convenient scale, pleasant places and cultivate culture.2. Zibo is a typical structure with tour structure. This form of urban space avoid over-intensive and easy to create a good urban environment. But it can not serve the requirements of the development of the entire region. According to the law of life in urban society and urban scale, Zibo has strong attractive regional center.3. Zibo’s urban spatial structure construction of a nucleus as the center, surrounded by its neighboring sub-nuclear space layout.
