【摘要】 在工程项目建设过程中,业主和施工单位经常会在质量、进度和费用三大目标上产生冲突,轻则影响项目正常进行,重则给国家和人民带来重大损失。造成冲突的原因除工程建设本身的复杂性外,最重要的一点是业主和施工单位在项目管理中追求的目标不一致,双方都站在自身立场以己方利益最大化为目标实施管理。因此,如何协调业主和施工单位的利益,寻求有效处理项目目标冲突的新方法已成为目前急需解决的重要问题。论文首先对国内外工程项目冲突管理理论进行深入研究,阐述了工程项目目标冲突处理研究的必要性：在对工程项目目标冲突进行界定基础上,分析了工程项目目标冲突传统处理方法及其弊端,提出博弈论冲突处理方法；通过对甲乙双方质量、进度、费用目标冲突问题的分析,分别建立了双方关于三个目标冲突的完全信息动态博弈模型,利用逆向归纳法进行求解,找出甲乙双方处理各目标冲突的均衡策略,并提出处理各目标冲突的相关对策；最后考虑三大目标冲突通常是同时存在且相互影响的,本文建立了三大目标冲突综合处理的多维博弈模型,通过对三大目标相互关系进行详细分析,将三大目标冲突综合处理问题转化为单目标冲突处理问题,从而得到双方利益均得以满足的综合处理三大目标冲突的均衡策略,并通过实例验证了运用博弈论方法处理工程项目目标冲突的实用性。论文研究的博弈论冲突处理方法能够够有效处理工程项目目标冲突,对业主和施工单位顺利实现工程项目目标具有重要的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the process of project construction, owners and construction unit often conflict on quality, schedule and cost this three goals. Lightly impacting projects normal to carry out, heavily bring loss for the country and people. Cause conflicts of the reasons expected for the construction of the complexity, the most important point is the owners and the construction unit in the project management can’t has agree for the target. Both sides on its own position is to maximize their interest for the implementation of management. So, how to coordinate the interests of owners and the construction unit. Seeking effective handling of conflicts new method has become a needed to solve the important question.Firstly, the paper studies deeply on domestic and international projects of conflict management theory. Describing that is necessary to research the project goals conflict. Based on the project goal conflict, analyzing the project objectives and disadvantages of the traditional processing methods of conflict. Coming up with game theoryconflict reconciliation. Through analyzing both parties of the quality, progress, cost conflict. Respectively set up three goals on the conflict in the complete information dynamic game model. Solve the question using backward induction. Find out both parties deal with conflict in a balanced strategy. Propose the related theory to deal with conflict. Lastly, the three goals of conflict is usually considered simultaneously and influence each other. In this paper set up a comprehensive conflict handling multidimensional model for the three objectives. Through analysis the relationship of the three goals, transform the three objectives comprehensive conflict to single-objective problem. Then get the three objectives comprehensive treatment of the equilibrium strategy to interesting both parties. And verified by the instance to use game theory processing approach to project objectives of practical.Paper studies game theory conflicts with valid dealt with the project goals conflict, the owners and the construction unit successfully implement the project goal is important guiding significance.更多还原
