【摘要】 二十世纪以来,工业革命推动技术进步带来的巨大变革在全球快速蔓延,特别是工业化的快速发展,弊端日渐显现——生产资源濒临枯竭,生态环境持续恶化,气候变化异常,水资源等污染严重,严重制约全球经济的腾飞。在世界社会经济发展陷入瓶颈之时,全球积极探索可持续的发展模式,期以整顿世界发展秩序,“循环经济”的概念应运而生。我国迈入二十一世纪之后,大力发展循环经济工业园区,期望通过这项决策,实现工业发展与环境修复的双赢结果。循环经济工业园区的“循环”包含四大要素：基础设施循环、物质流循环、能量流循环以及信息流循环。只有这四个方面相互配合、相互促进,才能使工业园区真正循环起来,实现节能减排、降低污染以及创造经济利润的多赢效果,走可持续发展的工业化道路。这其中,物质流以及能量流的循环需要通过交通运输完成,因此在循环经济工业园区的总体规划中,交通运输规划就显得十分重要,并且合理的交通运输规划就显得十分必要。本文侧重从物流角度出发,通过对循环经济工业园区中物流活动的产生、物流的流向与流量等的分析,说明物流活动对交通运输规划的影响之巨大与深远；通过建立物流优化模型,对循环经济工业园区的物流活动进行平衡分配,从而对园区交通运输规划起到引导作用；基于物流活动对交通运输规划的深远影响,完善在物流条件下的交通运输规划的内容；最后,将本文的研究成果运用到商(州)丹(凤)循环经济工业园区交通运输规划中,表明物流优化模型具有一定的实用性与合理性。更多还原
