资源储量估算技术及其在矿业权评估中的应用研究

【摘要】 矿产资源储量估算是矿产勘查的一项重要工作,其成果是矿山设计、生产的依据,也是矿山进行出让、转让时矿业权评估工作的基础。我国矿业权评估长期沿用的传统储量估算方法计算效率低、准确性差,一直是影响矿业权评估精度的一个瓶颈。地质统计学储量估算法由于引入了区域化变量,综合考虑了样品品位之间的相关性和变异性,能大大提高估值精度。本文围绕矿业权评估中的储量估算问题,系统地研究了地质统计学理论,并针对克里格法在实际应用中样品品位经常偏离正态的问题,采用幂变换方法对样品数据进行正态转换;分析了泛克里格法储量估算的基本理论,研究了泛克里格方差四大主影响因素——区域化变量预处理、组合样处理、数据稳健性和变异函数,给出了控制克里格方差的算法;讨论了矿业权评估的三种途径、探(采)矿权评估的常用方法以及评估中储量估算技术的应用,结合评估工作实际,提出了在矿业权评估中应用地质统计学进行储量估算的方法。在理论研究的基础上以湖北省某铁矿为例,完成了采矿权评估中储量的估算。通过与距离平方反比法储量估算结果的对比分析,证明了地质统计学储量估算法的优越性和实用性,为矿业权评估中的储量估算提供了另一种技术手段。

【Abstract】 The reserve calculation of resources is an important work in the mineral exploration. Its result is not only the basis of mine design and production, but also the foundation of mining right evaluation when there is a mine waiting for being sold or transferred. Because of the low efficiency and low accuracy of traditional reserve calculation technique used for a long period of time in mine right evaluation, it has become a bottleneck which influences the precision of mine right evaluation result. Bringing regionalized variables into reserves estimation, geostatistics considers the correlation and the variability between samples to improve the precision of estimates greatly.Centering on the problem of geostatistical reserve calculation technique in mining right assessment, this dissertation has studied the theory of geostatistics systematically, and then aiming at the problem that grades of the samples often deviate from normal distribution when using Kriging methods, it raised the power transformation to convert sample data to normal; after analyzing the basic theory and process of Universal Kriging Reserve Calculation, this dissertation studied the four main factors affecting the variance of Universal Kriging, including preprocessing of regionalized variable, combined sample handling, data stability and variogram. Then it proposed the algorithm to control Kriging variance; afterwards, three approches and the common methods used in evaluating exploration right or mining right were discussed, as well as the application of reserve calculation technique to evaluation. Combining with the actual evaluation work, the dissertation presented that using geostatistical methods to calculate reserve of mineral resources in mining right evaluation.Based on the theoretical study, this dissertation took an iron mine in Ezhou, Hubei for an example, and then completed reverse calculation in the mining right evaluation. Through the comparative analysis of Inverse Square Distance Methods and Universal Kriging, it proved the superiority and practicality of geostatistics. Thus it can provide another technological measure for resources’ reserve calculation in mining rights evaluation.
