【摘要】 二元经济结构是发展中国家在经济发展过程中普遍存在的现象。而金融作为现代经济的核心,对经济增长的作用日益明显,其结构对经济结构、产业结构以及资金投向均能产生重要影响。对于发展中国家来说,金融资源城乡配置结构作为金融结构的一个方面,是影响二元经济结构的诸多因素之一。从我国区域经济的角度看,西部地区由于自然环境、社会条件等因素的制约,二元经济结构更为突出。金融资源城乡配置结构的不合理,城乡金融资源供需的不平衡,在很大程度上影响着西部地区二元经济结构的存在和发展。本文首先从理论上分析了金融资源城乡配置结构与二元经济结构及其转换之间相互影响、相互作用的关系。其次,在对我国西部地区实际的金融资源城乡配置结构以及二元经济结构的现状进行考察的基础上,对西部地区金融资源城乡配置结构与二元经济结构及其转换的关系进行了实证检验。检验结果表明,西部地区金融资源明显偏向城市与非农产业部门的配置结构强化了二元经济结构。因此,本文提出了调整西部地区金融资源城乡配置结构,促进二元经济结构转换的政策建议。以期从金融结构的视角为西部地区二元经济结构的转换提供一种依据和思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Dual economy is a universal phenomenon in the process of development of the developing country. As the core part of modern economy, the effect of finance is more and more distinct. Also, financial structure can produce important effect on economic structure, industrial make-up and investment orientation. For the developing country, Allocation structure of financial resources between urban and rural as an aspect of financial structure, is a factor of dual economy. From the angle of regional economies of China, dual economy is more evident in western part because of the restricted by natural environment, social conditions and so on. The exist and development of Dual economy of the western part is to a great extent influenced by irrational allocation structure of financial resources between urban and rural and disequilibrium supply and demand of funds.This thesis analyses the interact relationship between allocation structure of financial resources between urban and rural and dual economic structure in terms of theory. Then, on the basis of a brief statement of allocation structure of financial resources between urban and rural and dual economic structure of the western part, this thesis makes an empirical test of them. The results show that the allocation structure of financial resources which inclines to urban and non-agricultural industry have intensified dual economic structure of the western part of China. Therefore, this paper gives some policy recommendations about adjusting allocation structure of financial resources between urban and rural, to promote dual economic structure transformation in the western part. This paper aims to provide a reference and thought to accelerate dual economic structure transformation from the viewpoint of financial structure.更多还原
