草酸钴化学分析方法研究

【摘要】 本学位论文综述了草酸钴化学分析技术的研究概况,分别研究了用电位返滴定法、电热原子收光谱法、氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法、钼蓝分光光度法、火焰原子吸收光谱法、离子选择性电极法等方法测定草酸钴中钴、铅、砷、硅、钙、镁、钠、氯离子8种元素或成分。优化了分析条件,考察了基体和其它共存离子的干扰情况并采用相应的方法消除了干扰,利用实际样品对方法的精密度和准确度进行了考察。本文所建立的各分析方法在测定范围、精密度和准确度等方面都能满足草酸钴生产厂家、用户和各质检单位的检测要求,填补了国内外草酸钴化学分析方法的空白。

【Abstract】 This dissertation summarizes the research on the chemical analysis of cobalt oxalate and investigates the following methods respectively:potentiometric back titration for cobalt, graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry for lead, hydride generating-atomic fluorescence spectrometry for arsenic, molybdenum blue spectrophotometry for silicon, flame atomic spectrometry for calcium, magnesium and sodium, ion selective electrode method for chloride anion. The measurement condition is optimized, and the disturbance caused by matrix cobalt and other element existing in the measured solution is investigated and eliminated with appropriate technique. The precision and accuracy is evaluated by determining actual samples. The methods established in this dissertation may meet enterprises, customers and assaying organization to measure cobalt oxalate in its suitable range with enough precision and accuracy. This task fills the gap of the methods for chemical analysis of cobalt oxalate at home and abroad.
