【摘要】 经济决定金融,金融反过来影响经济。农村金融作为农村经济的核心,对于推动农村经济发展,增加农民收入具有非常重要的作用。建立一个完善的、可持续发展的、多层次、竞争性的农村金融体系已经成为新农村建设的必然要求。然而,农村金融几经改革,尤其是欠发达地区仍然呈现出农村正规金融机构网点覆盖率低、农村金融服务缺失、农村金融供给不足以及农村金融竞争不充分等特点,金融供需之间的不平衡越来越明显,必须进一步完善农村金融组织,实现金融对经济的良好带动。本文以农村金融发展理论为基础,全面概括国内外有关金融组织体系方面的研究成果,并总结了我国金融组织体系的变革历程。然后结合青海省农村金融发展现状,从农村金融需求的多样性和农村金融供给的有限性两个方面对完善青海省农村金融组织体系的必要性进行了分析,并进一步从农村金融组织体系不完善的视角,探讨了青海省农村金融供需失衡的原因,在此基础上,最后从正规金融组织体系的完善、非正规金融组织体系的完善以及金融组织发展的外部环境三个方面提出了青海省农村金融组织体系完善的基本思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Economic determines finance,and finance affect economic in turn. As the core of the rural economy, Rural finance plays a very important role in rural economic development and farmers’ income increase.The establishment of a sound, sustainable development, multi-level, competitive rural financial system has become a necessary requirement for the new countryside construction.However, after several reformation,it is still showing the features that low coverage of formal financial institutions,lack of rural financial services,rural financial competition inadequate and rural finance insufficient supply,it is necessary to improve rural financial institutions and then achieve financial well-driven economy.This paper, based on the theory of rural financial development, firstly summarize the domestic and foreign achievement of financial organizations, then review China’s Financial System’schanges in history.Secondly combined with the development of rural financial status of Qinghai Province, from two aspects:rural financial needs diversity and rural financial supply limited analyse the necessity of improve Qinghai Province Rural Financial System, and then given the reasons about the imbalance of Qinghai’rural financial supply and demand from the Rural Financial System in imperfect perspective. On this basis, this paper at last give some advises from the formal financial institutions system improvement, non-formal financial institutions system improvement and the external environment development.更多还原
