3S技术在京津风沙源工程造林监测中的应用研究

【摘要】 本文详细介绍了基于遥感数据源的3S技术在林业上的国内外应用及其发展概况,并结合SPOT5遥感影像数据源和3S技术的应用特点,根据当前环京津风沙源治理工程监测的需求,以中高分辨率的SPOT5遥感影像为数据信息来源,以3S技术的综合运用为技术手段,深入探讨了SPOT5影像的预处理流程和工程造林小班信息的快速提取方法,试图为京津风沙源工程等重点林业工程的造林进展监测提供新的技术手段与方法。本研究的主要成果为:基于SPOT5遥感影像数据源的3S技术的综合应用,能够快速高效地提取出大仓乡工程造林小班的边界及面积信息,同时,结合工程区实际造林的施工图,估算出工程造林的实施进度及造林小班面积的实际保存率。研究结果表明,基于SPOT5遥感影像数据源的3S技术是一种科学、切实有效的工程造林监测手段,方法简单,获取数据精度较高,能够为京津风沙源工程的造林监测工作提供有效的技术方法,同时也为基于中高分辨率遥感数据源的3S技术在重大林业工程上的广泛应用提供科学依据。

【Abstract】 This paper describes the applications of 3S technology that based on the remote sensing data sources in forestry and its development at home and abroad.Combined with the application features of remote sensing data sources of SPOT5 and 3S technology, and the current monitoring requirements of project around Beijing and Tianjin sandstorm source,the research has the data source based on the high-resolution remote sensing images of SPOT5 and technological means based on the integrated use of the 3S technology.lt deeply probes the preprocessing flow of SPOT5 image and the rapid extraction method about the subcompartments information of the project afforestation, trying to provide new technological means and methods for the monitoring of Beijing and Tianjin sandstorm source project.The main results of this study:Based on the remote sensing data source of SPOT5 and the integrated applications of 3S technology,it can quickly and efficiently extract the boundary and area information of the project afforestation subcompartments in Dacang Town, while estimating the implementation progress of the reforestation and the actual preservation rate of the project afforestation subcompartments,based on the actual construction plans of the project afforestation.The result shows that 3S technology,based on the data souce of the remote sensing image of SPOT5,is a scientific, practical and effective monitoring means of forestation.It is simple and high-precision for information extraction.lt can provide effective methods for the reforestation monitoring of the Beijing-Tianjin Wind and Dust Source project, and it is the 3S technology based on the high-resolution remote sensing source that provide the scientific basis for the extensive application in the major forestry projects.
