多级森林灭火离心泵的轴向力平衡研究

【摘要】 多级离心泵运行时有很大的轴向力,单独依靠止推轴承不能确保泵运转的稳定性和可靠性,影响泵的使用寿命。目前,针对多级离心泵轴向力的平衡问题,常采用平衡孔、双吸式、叶轮对称布置、背叶片、平衡鼓、平衡盘等结构平衡轴向力。本文针对要改进的多级消防离心泵的轴向力问题,在分析离心泵受力的基础上计算轴向力和平衡装置各参数,并研究了平衡装置各参数对泄漏的影响,然后提出相应的数学模型和约束条件,利用MATLAB进行优化计算,并与传统的计算方法相比较。采用数值模拟分析即计算流体力学(CFD)的计算软件FLUENT对平衡装置内压力分布及液体流速进行了数值模拟计算,对结果进行了可视化处理,并进行分析对比,加深了解平衡间隙对泄漏以及平衡装置性能的影响。将平衡盘装置应用到BJL5型森林灭火消防泵的设计中,解决轴向力平衡问题。不仅可以减小离心泵的泄漏量,提高泵的工作效率,对泵的研究和优化有积极的指导作用,同时对泵的全面性能的提高和进-步的机理探讨有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 Multistage centrifugal pump has huge axial force during running, thrust bearings can not assure the pump working stably and reliable, reduce pump’s working life. Recently, it mainly adopts balance device to balance the axial force, such as balanced hole,double suction,symmetrical impellers,back vane,balancing drum,balance disc and so on.The paper focus on solving this axial force problem,analyze and calculate the axial force,then design balance device. Study the influences that balance parameters to leakage. Come up with corresponding mathematical model and constraint condition. Use MATLAB to optimize and compute, compare with traditional methods. It utilizes the FLUENT of CFD software to analyze the pressure distribution and liquid flow in the balancing device, visualize and analyze the results. Improve understanding of the fluencies that balance gap to leakage and balance device’s property. Make this device on BJL5 type multistage centrifugal pump to balance its axial force. This will minish the leakage of the centrifugal pump and improve the efficiency of the pump, with positive guidance to the research and optimization of the pump, to improve the overall performance of the pump and have some reference value for further study on mechanism of the pump.
