林业移动商务的探索——移动杨树商务网的研建

【摘要】 鉴于我国林区大多处于老少边穷地区,经济基础薄弱,信息化程度低,因此传统的林业电子商务网站影响力和应用效果有限。本文介绍了移动商务的发展现状,分析了近年我国手机用户、移动上网的发展趋势,特别是移动商务在其他行业中的应用情况,指出移动商务能够有效地降低信息化成本,解决林业信息化进村入户“最后一公里”的难题,为广大林农和企业带来实惠,从而推动林业电子商务的发展。本文选取WAP和短信两大移动商务平台,借助115科技支撑课题“速生丰产林经营决策支持系统”项目的支持,立足于林业垂直细分商务门户——杨树商务网,在深入分析林业电子商务现状后,介绍了杨树商务网系统架构和功能,并就移动环境下若干关键技术进行了深入研究,包括：WAP平台下功能精简与性能提升、通过计算机实现短信收发的方案、短信交互方式及流程、短信编码规范等。在此基础上设计、实现了移动杨树商务网,其中WAP平台提供会员管理、供求管理、订单管理、信誉评价、企业黄页、市场新闻等服务；短信平台提供短信订阅、交易提醒、信息发布与查询等服务。至此,整个杨树商务平台可分别为电脑用户、手机短信用户、手机上网用户提供WWW、SMS、WAP服务,满足不同用户的需求。测试结果表明,系统基本达到预期效果,为移动商务在林业领域中的应用作了有益的尝试。最后,指出了系统进一步改进和完善的方向,并对网站的商业运营进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 Because most of our forest areas are in poor and rural areas, the economic foundation is weak, and the information level is low, the impact of traditional forestry websites is limited. This paper describes the current development of mobile commerce, analyzes the growth in the number of Chinses mobile phone users in recent years, particularly the application of mobile commerce in other industries, then points out that mobile commerce can effectively reduce information technology costs, solve the "last mile" problem of forestry informatization, and promote the development of forestry e-commerce.This paper chooses WAP and SMS platform, uses "Forest Plantation Decision Support Systems" as a support, which is the 115 scientific and technological supportive subjects, bases on Poplar Commercial Portal. After the analysis of e-business status of forestry, this paper introduces the architecture and function of Poplar Commercial Portal, and then studies some key technologies, like function refinition and capability promotion of WAP system, sending and receiving SMS through computer, SMS interactive approach and processes, SMS coding standard. On this basis, this paper designs and implements Mobile Poplar Commercial Portal. The WAP system provides member management, supply management, order management, credit rating, business yellow pages, market news, and the SMS system provides SMS subscription, transaction reminding, information releasing and searching services. The Poplar Commercial Portal can provide computer users, SMS users and WAP users with WWW, SMS and WAP services to meet the needs of different users.The system makes a good attempt of mobile commerce using in forestry. At last, this paper points out the direction of further improvement, and discusses the commercial operations.
