一种低成本轻型卫星通信天线控制器的设计与实现

【摘要】 所谓卫星移动通信系统是指由许多可移动的卫星通信终端在卫星转发器支持下构成的通信系统。这些移动终端通常采用车辆或其它运载工具为载体,运输前天线能够折叠便于收藏运输,到目的地后能方便的安装和对准通信卫星,快速建立起通信链路。天线控制器是卫星移动通信系统的重要设备之一。本文完成一种低成本、轻型卫星通信天线控制器的设计和实现。首先通过对于这种可移动终端应用场景的分析,提出了天线控制器应实现的主要功能和应该达到的技术指标。接着以MCS51单片机,CPLD器件和Small RTOS51操作系统为基础,构建了一个软件和硬件开发平台,以便获得很高的开发效率,并便于将来的功能升级。进而在这个软件和硬件平台上完成了天线控制器的设计和实现,并通过选择相关的外接器件及相关接口电路实现了各种功能,还研究了与自动对星有关的对星策略。最终完成了一种天线控制器产品样机的开发。考虑到本设备的使用环境复杂多样,本文详细讨论了设备的抗干扰性,安全特性和降级使用设计等问题。样机开发完成后,进行了一系列的测试和野外环境试验,所有试验结果表明,所研制的样机的性能指标达到了预期的目标。

【Abstract】 So-called satellite mobile communication system is the one composed of many mobile terminals supported by a satellite reaper. Such a terminal is usually transported by vehicular equipment, whose antenna can be folded for transport convenience and can be easily installed to aim at a satellite to set up communication link, among which the antenna controller is an important device.This thesis involves to the development of low price and light antenna controller. At first, the thesis puts forward the functions and specifications to which an antenna controller should reach by analyzing such mobile communication applications. Then, a developing platform is constituted based on the MCS51 single chip computer, CPLD hardware devices, and the Small RTOS51 operation system, so that the development efficiency can be very high, and its function upgading can be very convenient. Further more, an antenna controller is designed and implemented by using the platform; moreover, various functions have been realized and validated through design of hardware and software interface of the peripheral module. Besides, a satellite aiming algorithm is investigated in the circumstance. Finally,an antenna controller product prototype is developed.Considering the complexity of its application environments, the thesis discusses some problems such as its anti-interference performance, security property and redundance design.A lot of test and outdoor environment experimentation have been finished, and all the results show that the performance and specifications of the prototype has reached the expected goal.
